GoogleWe would have no hesitation in recommending Ray Cooke - everything ran smoothly from arranging the initial viewing to now. Jamie was always pleasant, conscientious and quick to respond. He made the whole process of entering into the lease easy and no hassle. Now that we are happily living in our apartment, Ray Cooke are very responsive if we ever need to reach out and are quick to sort out any issues. Really happy with the service!

Better name would be ray crook. Hours and hours wasted. Nobody will answer your emails and phone calls. How could a landlord not getting this? There are flats from may still vacant.

Looking to buy a property from ray Cooke didn’t want to sell my property with Ray Cooke was immediately taken from the listing and told the banks would not deal with two separate estate agents which is false but wouldn’t entertain me after this very very rude person we dealt with who was also the sales director for this company would not recommend this to anyone Ross McHugh was who we wore dealing with

I had a very disappointing experience with the realtor Enea Mimini. He sent me an email to schedule a viewing for an apartment, and when I arrived at the location, there were four other couples also waiting for him. After waiting for 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I called Enea to ask if he was on his way. He answered the phone in a very rude manner and claimed he had sent an email cancelling the viewing. This was simply not true, none of the people waiting there had received any cancellation email.

GoogleWe recently bought a house in our area from Ray Cooke. When the sale was complete on a Friday we were given a single key and told that the back door keys would be in the property. Luckily we went to the property that night because both the kitchen and back patio doors locks were broken and they simply slid open. We immediately phoned Allana from Ray Cooke who messaged us back to say that the house was sold as seen. We paid €250 euros for a locksmith the next day (Saturday) to secure the locks. I subsequently spoke to Allana and she said that she understood but that we would have to change the locks anyway and it was just unfortunate. I haven't dealt with many estate agents but I would not recommend Ray Cooke.

Even though we weren't her direct clients, she could not have been more helpful, proactive, or supportive throughout the process. GoogleI have used Ray Cooke Auctioneers in a number of occasions and every time my experience has been excellent. Firstly, when I needed a valuation for the house, then when I planned to rent the property and most recently when I decided to sell it. Very few companies offer such level of commitment and service to the client. It does not matter what department you are dealing with; they always reply promptly and go the extra mile for you. The sales team is fabulous. When selling the house, they were available for me via Whatsapp even on weekends and evenings and replied to any query in a matter of minutes. I am sure I got the best buyers for the property and all thanks to the interest and attention to detail from Ross, Alanna and the team. Definitely, the best auctioneers in Clondalkin.PositiveProfessionalism
