GoogleI have used Ray Cooke in clondalkin to both rent and sell some properties and I can only say good thongs about them. They rented and managed my properties efficiently and professionally leaving me no concerns. They sold a property for me and went above and beyond in service making it a very easy process for me. Special thanks to Nick who was wonderful to deal with and so helpful. I will use Ray Cooke again with no worries.

GoogleI dealt with Sean Carrick from Ray Cooke when I was searching for a new property, I had dealt with a few real estate agents in the past and always felt that the lack of communication made the process rather stressful, but as soon as I first spoke to Sean I knew things would be different, he walked me through the whole process and made sense of everything for me, his level of correspondence is second to none. If you arrange a viewing for one of Ray Cooke's properties count yourself lucky if your agent is Sean because he will make the process as smooth as can be, thank you so much to Sean and everyone at Ray Cooke!

ray crooke is a tone deaf and unsympathetic landlord, just put on this earth to make a quick buck at any cost. he and his agents barely use tactics that are barely within the law, and the entire business practice is to exacerbate the overheated rental market by falsely advertising room rentals as house rentals, shoving people into overpriced houseshares.

GoogleWe put our house on the market early this year and from the start Eoin was extremely professional, he organised viewings and made sure myself and my family were happy with times dates etc. Eoin went above and beyond for us, he was always at the end of the phone for any questions or advice wether it be big or small. GoogleI give one star only because I can’t give less than that. Just for this agency i send 15 enquirers on houses in the past 2 months, directly form the website as they recomend and i got 0 replys. Only to find out that they were rented after! I know that the market in Dublin for a house is literally a “shit show” but a yes or a no response would be very much appreciated. Like my situation there are thousands of people, locals and foreigners living in 2 beds apartments with 10 people or hostels for months desperate and struggling to find a house, and when you don’t even try to reply is just the worst. My wife is on a risky pregnancy and that is frightening for me! If i apply to a house and a don’t get the opportunity to see it, maybe put me on the next list viewing for a house similar right a away! Offer me a solution for that! That is costumers service and you my friend, you don’t have it!

GoogleCouldn’t recommend ray cooke enough. These times are so hard but not impossible to rent a place and ray cooke were the best help for me. I wouldn’t even get a reply from anywhere else but ray cooke especially Jamie and Declan were both great helps to find me a place. They knew how desperate I was for a place for me and my son and they did everything to help me find one. With renting I also love the fact if anything is broken etc or damaged they have a website you log into and you then tell what the problem is and they are straight out to fix it. Was the easiest thing to do when my freezer was broken I had a new one within a day or two.

GoogleI recently rented through Ray Cooke , Everything went so smoothly and efficiently I was able to send all my information via email/ what's app it was so easy and hassle free. Jamie who I was dealing with was available at any time to answer any questions I had he was always so friendly and promt at returning my messages and I moved into my new home just 2 weeks after I first viewed it. I can not fault the service I received and continue to receive as a new tenant.

GoogleHaving just very recently sold a property through Ray Cooke Auctioneers in Clondalkin I can honestly say the whole experience was so smooth and handled with extreme professionalism from start to finish, Nick Lyndsey was appointed to sell the property and he did a wonderful job, he made it a stress free process from the first day photo shoot of the house right up to the very last day of closing. Nick kept us up to speed at all stages of the sale and was available to take a call or answer an email always, a true asset to team Cooke. I will not have any hesitation retaining Ray Cooke Auctioneers again in the future if the need arises. Thanks to all the team and again especially Nick.

GoogleI just moved into home listed for rental by Ray Cooke with a 2 month old. There was no oil in the tank when we arrived and we have no heat. They did not notify us that the oil was dry prior to move in so we could not arrange delivery in advance. Additionally there are severe electrical issues with the house. Not at all impressed with their ability to maintain a home and provide a safe environments for tenants. Have submitted 5 maintenance requests within the first 24 hours of being in the home. No resolution and we are continuing to have no heat and no reliable electricity.

GoogleStarted out renting with Ray Cooke in 2019, the process was extremely straight forward and the agents were very good at communicating back and forth in relation to any queries I had or any information I needed in regards to viewings etc, I rented a fantastic apartment in Citywest with Ray Cooke and unfortunately the property went up for sale but I didn’t stress as Ray Cooke helped me secure another property for myself and my family. Jamie power was my agent for my house and I honestly cannot recommend him enough he listened to everything that I wanted for my new move and made sure that my new house was everything that I wanted and more! Again thank you Jamie for you amazing help and continued support. Even after 6 weeks of being in the property Jamie still checks in every now and again to ensure that everything is up to standard and that I’m happy with everything at the property.

Nick Lindsey was the person dealing with the sale. A top bloke all round. It was tricky selling a property from the other side of the world. The time difference been one. But he didn't mind taking and replying to after hours messages and even on weekends. And dealing with a lot of questions I had. I'd highly recommend him if you selling your property

As first time buyers we were very unsure of how everything worked, but Nick explained it all very well. Nick was always available for a call should we have a question and viewings for the property were arranged promptly. He acted as a fantastic negotiator and helped us to secure a sale quickly. Nick kept in regular contact with us throughout the closing process and ensured we were kept up to date with everything that was happening.
