GoogleClosed the sale of my house on the 20th September 24 with the help of Eimhin in the local Finglas office. His professional and friendly attitude was an enormous help and he made a stressful experience very easy. I was impressed by the whole team from Ray Cooke Finglas their attention to detail and their communication skills which meant I was kept in the loop from start to finish. In particular Eimhin offered me great support and I would not hesitate to recommend him as the go to salesperson if selling your house. GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Nick Lyndsey from Ray Cooke Clondalkin recently when selling our property. From our first meeting, Nick was super professional and remained very approachable and informative throughout the whole selling process, providing regular updates and also going above and beyond at times outside of working hours. Nick was always very prompt to respond to our phone calls, emails, texts etc. and always acted very quickly between ourselves and any potential buyers. Throughout the selling process things got complicated and messy (due to some unfavourable buyers) but Nick gave us a lot of time and consistently relayed our fears and addressed any concerns whilst securing new us buyers. Nick calmly guided us during the entire selling and negotiating process and we were incredibly happy and lucky with the final outcome. We can’t recommend Nick enough- there was times we wanted to throw in the towel as we were so frustrated with the legal process but only for Nick , his time, efforts, calm manner and also huge support, we never would have closed the deal! Single handedly the most unprofessional estate agent. despite numerous emails and phone calls to try and arrange viewing on any rental property these people seem either unaware or unwilling to engage with people. I would be asking serious questions if I were a landlord trusting this company to successfully rent out my property.

I just want to say thank you to ray Cookes auctioneers but especially Nick Lindsey .finally after 2 years of many house viewings , heart breaking and hope loosing ! crazy agents and millions of bad emails .. finally we came across Nick ! (Ray Cookes) through another house viewing . From the start there was complete comfort and that this guy ment what he said ! finally me and my partner and 2 children had hope and in 7 weeks of answering our questions at any time and always there for us no matter the hour of day or random question or doubtful of hope we walked into our forever home today And that feeling is amazing A true gent that not only does his job amazing but but creates the reputation of a company behind him from his capabilities

GoogleExtremely disappointed with the service. Getting an appointment was a struggle and required multiple follow-ups. The agent arrived late and seemed poorly prepared; his base estimate was actually lower than the original purchase price of the new-build apartment, which calls his market knowledge into question. To make matters worse, the final report was delayed and they managed to misspell my surname twice despite corrections. Not the professional experience I expected.

Scam Artists. This crowd of frauds are one of the reasons property prices are the way they are. Multiple fake bids to drive house prices up. Guide price is the same for every property and somehow every property I had bids on always had 4 other bidders that went up in 1k increments. If you see a house advertised by Ray Cooke do yourself a favour and avoid them because you will pay 10% higher than the actual value of the property minimum due to the fake bids they tell you about. Scum.

Nick Lindsey was the agent I worked with and the experience Nick brought to the process just made everything a lot easier and seamless throughout. Nick was fantastic to work with and very professional, diligent and kept in regular contact with progress updates and was always available for calls and to answer questions. I also worked with Ross at the start of the process on the sale side, who was very professional and efficient in helping me put a plan in place that included valuation, advertising, marketing and the relevant surveys. I would highly recommend Ray Cooke Clondalkin for anyone buying and selling a property. Thank you again to Nick, Ross and the team for helping me find my new home!!
