All queries and the pre-close inspection were addressed very quickly, and it was a very smooth process overall, from sale agreed to closing in 2 months. If I am ever selling or buying again in the future I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I recently visited two properties listed with Raycooke Estate Agents, and my experience was very mixed. Molly was fantastic, she was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. However, my interaction with Eimhin was unacceptable. He was dismissive, impatient, and made me feel as though my questions were a bother rather than part of the service. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, which significantly impacted my overall experience. It's disappointing that such a stark contrast exists within the team. I truly appreciate Molly’s effort, but Raycooke should ensure that all their agents uphold a respectful and welcoming standard.

The team have been fantastic all the way through from valuation and advising on the empty homes grant that this house was eligible for to the new owner. I live in England therefore every aspect of the sale was managed by the team and they kept me well informed all through the process.
