GoogleI would give no stars if I could. As tenants we had to deal with this awful agency. They’ve left us in winter in the coldest month without boiler/hearing for two weeks. They were not in any hurry to sort it out. The little problems like they’ve lost the key to our property and was keep sending the viewings without the 24hrs legal notice. They delayed the release of our deposit when we’ve moved out for over 10 days. They never got back to us, we always had to follow up with them and they would give us attitude on the phone. To top it off they lied to our landloard to cover themselves up. We’ve extended the contract last year for another year and they’ve failed to send the new contract to us on two occasions and when we dropped to their office they said “it was lost in the post”, blushing and obviously lying. We lived only around the corner and always said we can just pop in to sign it. These are just few things I could remember of the top of my head over the two years. The landloard and our flat was brilliant and we had to start relationships with landloard directly as this agency is beyond anyone patience and human error understanding. Advice to the management team : stop hiring idiots.

Me and my partner were struggling with our landlord, as soon as I mentioned this to their agents, Diego & Dan, they offered advice and explained how we can claim our deposit back. Excellent service from Diego, he was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. He made sure that we were aware of everything that was happening with our tenancy and we cannot thank him enough, he definitely went the extra mile for me and my partner who recently started renting . Would recommend to everyone! Thank you guys, you were amazing.

GoogleA completely reprehensible office. Told us to leave the property with only 3 weeks notice after having originally told us we could go onto a rolling contract. Only when we sought legal advice did they admit they needed to give us 2 months notice. Allowed workmen into the property without ever telling us: only reason we found out is because we came home to find someone in our kitchen. What an awful year we have had with them and we are so glad to finally be out.

GoogleRecently rent a house and get notified old fashioned way via email from letting agents, in fact, the only letting agent that truly send me email about letting property (i went to 6!). Ellie (Eleanor) is helpful and so quick to response our enquiry. She informed us just in time about our application so we are not left hanging and wondering too long.

GoogleTheir communication has been generally very good as a management company. As a letting agent, it left much to be desired; I had to chase them up for information on multiple occasions. However, they usually acknowledged that this wasn't acceptable and sorted things out. Previously I'd written that any complaints I've had have always been handled immediately. For example, I had a leak in the bathroom, for which they sent a plumber to fix and also arranged to have the (mildly) damaged floor replaced. However, recently this has not been the case. The property manager we've been dealing with has changed, and I've now been chasing a minor repair for over 6 weeks. Emails go unanswered, people enter the property without permission or notice, etc.

GoogleI was very happy with the service I received for the recent sale of my property. I already had my own marketing plan in mind but the staff helped me refine it and arranged for beautiful photos. The particular feature of Andrews for me was the assistance they offer with conveyancing, a process that in my opinion is finely crafted bureaucratic torture. Andrews employ a specialised staff member to track this process and it helps enormously. My only small quibble would be a few minor communication hiccups during marketing, but in a busy office it is only to be expected. Don't let perfection be the enemy of good!

GoogleI have had occasion to employ Andrews Letting , as am Power of Attorney for the owner of a property in Redland, I live out of town and Andrews were recommended to manage the letting for me. . Despite some admin hitches initially in the setting up of the letting , i can only praise Chris Carstairs, who now manages this property for us. He is unfailingly courteous, cheerful, helpful and efficient, and so I am totally satisfied with how things have gone this last year. He works considerately with the tenants, and this is very important to me, as they are people with health issues, and I need to know their interests are being looked after. .It is a relief to feel all is ok, and to know things will be sorted even if I am not around.
