GoogleWorst service ever took me 2 months to take my deposit back and in the end they didn’t send it in full pretending the land lord wants to stop 120£ for cleaning the flat (which was in same condition as we take it) and other 200 for a broken chair which really was broken before we moved in. I don’t recommend them at all!

GoogleWaited 30 minutes for a viewing... Time I had taken out of work. Annoyingly we had been super excited about the property as it is just what me and my partner were looking for. This is the second time this has happened with issues such as: double bookings and failed viewings. All I wanted was to view a flat... Please get this sorted.

GoogleBy far the worst experience of my life. They will try all possible ways to get all the pennies you have. My experience is even though we had agreed on a moving date and I found new tenants to move in, they put a week gap in between two moving in order to get more money from me since the flat would stay empty. Awful service, rude people.

He was then very clear in communicating how to submit an offer for the property despite my limited knowledge. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service he offered and I would certainly use his services again.

GoogleChristopher Carstairs, property manager, stands out as attentive, intelligent and polite, with lots of common sense. He also always gets back to you, an unusual quality these days! Unfortunately I have found some of the other staff can come across as superior, remote and unhelpful on occasion. But as I nearly always deal with Christopher, I am very happy with the service I get managing my flat.

GoogleTerrible estate agent. I had booked a viewing for a flat that got rearranged 6 times! Andrews failed to phone me when they said they would and when I put in an application for a flat they said they'd contact me when they'd heard back from the landlord but I haven't heard back 5 days later. Appalling unprofessional behaviour, avoid if possible.

GoogleI honestly don't know what's happened to Andrews in Clifton, this used to be a great letting agency, but we've just tried to do our annual let through them and the new management team are just awful. Rude, bad at their jobs, we've had to push them every step of the way. Avoid at all costs I'm afraid.
