Very impressed with Ilianna when she took responsibility for Marketing our flat which has been offered for sale for 2 months. She suggested 'staging' and remarketing. Whithin a few days we had a queue to view and had accepted an offer above our asking price. GoogleI have had several dealings with this branch and they have always been very professional, quick and honest, a rarity with estate agents in my experience. Mostly i dealt with stuart, who always seems to know his stuff, knows the local area and market, and most importantly does what he says he is going to do, when he says he is going to do it, the right way to do business in my mind. GoogleIf you use these cowboys you need your head examining. Rented my first flat through these cowboys years ago and paid them my £800 deposit which was apparently put in deposit security scheme. During my tenancy the flat was sold to another landlord. When I came to move a year or two later and wanted my deposit back it had disappeared. The new landlord had no idea about it and on contacting my previous landlord they said it was still with Andrews. On contacting the government deposit scheme they told me it had been withdrawn by Andrews somehow. I constantly phoned and emailed Andrews but anyone who could help me was always "out the office". Eventually I received a reply where they refused all knowledge of the deposit and offered me £100 to go away. Anyway I had all my paperwork and could prove they were holding my deposit so intended to take them to court. I went to see a housing solicitor but he explained my contract was with my current landlord, so I had to pursue him and then he could then choose to take action against Andrews.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am very happy with the services provided by the Andrews property sales, conveyancing and mortgage advice teams. After booking a viewing for midweek I received a call from Ilianna Kendros asking if I'd like to view the property the same day, which I did. I'm very thankful for this because I fell in love with the property and made an offer of the asking price on the spot. The requests to view continued to pour in from other parties but despite this the seller decided to stick with me and accept my offer, I'm sure in part due to the advise provided by Andrews. My experience has been further improved by the successful discussions with mortgage lenders through the Andrews mortgage advise team. Mo Bhambra in particular managed to find me a lender who would recognise my stipend income as legitimate earnings, something I was told by the mortgage advise bureau would be impossible. I have not had much interaction with the conveyancing team yet but I certainly will in the near future. I am currently at the 'sold subject to contract' stage and I intend to keep my review updated throughout the process. I certainly would recommend Andrews to a friend.
