GoogleI can't think of a more incompetent company to deal with. All I wanted to do was book a viewing on a rental property but Andrews were unable to provided any information, even simply if it had been let or not. 4 days later and still waiting for confirmation. Imagine what the service would be like if you actually had them as a letting agent..... terrifying.
We take all comments regarding our service seriously and our Branch Manager will look into the circumstances surrounding your request for information and will make contact with you to discuss further

GoogleOur experience with Andrews has been overall very poor and have advised against any friends to rent through them. - We have spent countless hours on hold to Andrews, not just hold that eventually gets answered, hold where it hangs up as it has been so long. This is from trying to confirm the viewing, to signing a contract, to trying to receive back our deposit. Luckily our landlord managed our property once let so we did not have to deal with Andrews during the tenancy. - We received the Tenancy Guide document via email signed by us the tenants, while neither myself or my flatmate had any recollection of seeing this document before and believe we had previously only put our signatures on the Draft Tenancy Agreement. We are both very thorough when signing documents so am surprised we both supposedly missed reading this document yet signed it. When we visited the Goodlord portal we were not able to see any previously signed documents. I am grateful to be out of contract with Andrews and now as I am looking for my first property to buy, I am avoiding any properties that are advertised by Andrews so that I do not have to deal with them again.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have been a customer with Andrews for over 1.5yrs. We have always enjoyed stellar service from the Andrews employees especially the Maintainance team is very friendly and stress free. They are very genuine with the timeline and also pushes the other parties so the tenants may be served at the earliest. A recent incident regarding a boiler (new one) malfunction was dealt professionally and arranged the engineer within a day was a wonderful experience. Thanks to Mr. James Berry (Property Manager) for his stellar support and patience and arranging then engineers and also following up and checking on the fix.
