GoogleWhitegates have been nothing other than totally professional throughout the entire sale of our house. We received an excellent service and certainly value for money- I would highly recommend this branch to all. Special thanks must go to Michelle who held everything together and has amazing communication skills and patience . Many thanks also to Stephen, Julie and Amanda - the team are a real team and we always felt totally supported and listened to through the whole process; the good time and the inevitable more stressful times. They told us they would support us in selling our property and that is exactly what they did. Thank you very much for your hard work and commitment .

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting company Using out of date photos to rent a property (at lest 5 year old photos) Not bothered who rents as they dont inspect their property.put it this way the people that was there before left the house in such a bad state the cleaning company refused to clean it, it reeked of cat wee and weed had to leave windows wide open for ages before next cleaner came. Not keeping up to property or garden space always blaming landlords end of the day you take money its rented through you , you should have a say and sort it out boundary fences not kept up to so falling in to neighbouring gardens for them to have to sort. No communication its always someone will ring you back. Would not use ! there all nice when taking money but to get things done they dont care. I'm tired of trying to sort things out with them it's on going for 5 years now.
I'm sorry that you are not happy with Whitegates. You are not one of our landlord clients or one of our tenants so I am not sure what you are referring to specifically, however what I can say is that we carry out regular inspections on all of our properties and we contact tenants should there be any problems. It is a tenants responsibility to keep a property clean and to keep the garden tidy and we can't discuss specific tenants/landlords/properties with third parties.

GoogleCannot find any fault with this personal effective service. From the well organised office fronted by Michelle Stradling, to the tailored to the customer marketing by Stephen Crompton. Whole operation was completed with efficiency and personal understanding. This is indeed how a house should be marketed and sold. GoogleThey managed our property for 10 years before we sold it. Louise was great and went above & beyond for us when we had issues with tenants and had to find contractors to repair damage done to the property.

GoogleSo so impressed with both the professionalism of everyone at Cleckheaton, but also the friendliness which was very appreciated. We have previously dealt with other agents that may be friendly bit forget the professional part & both are important. We were that impressed with White gates service that if we ever had to move again it would make us think twice about renting from another agent even if we liked the property. Hopefully we won't move again but if anyone needs to, please use White gates in Cleckheaton.

GoogleFirst time ever writing a review on Google! But after the splendid service from Whitegates, I couldn’t not! After years of renting and hopping about from city to city, I have a wide experience of letting agents. I could sit and tell some right horror stories from ones that I have dealt with in the past but Whitegates really have been a breath of fresh air. Firstly, everyone in the Cleckheaton office is so friendly! Wether you’re speaking to them on the phone, or popping in, nothing is ever too much trouble. Any issues / repairs have been dealt with almost immediately (often on the same day) and someone is always there on the other end of the phone if you need anything. I only moved out of the area due to work but if I ever come back- I know who I will be coming to see to rent or buy somewhere in the future!! Absolutely 5*! Thank you!
