GoogleSold my house in two days! Steve was very knowledgable and friendly. Fab brochure and photos. Dealt with all viewings and questions from buyers, was the easiest house sale ever for me! Michelle in the office was very good at updating me throughout and the whole sale sailed through with ease! Would highly recommend this fabulous team!

GoogleI cannot recommend Steven and the team at whitegates enough. Due to a difficult start as a first time buyer, Steven recognised what I needed in a home and did not give up until he found me the perfect place. Friendly, professional and knowledgable. 10/10 service from start to finish, and I cannot thank them enough.

GoogleFantastic service from the Whitegates Team, I emailed Louise due to us not having any hot water and i must say I was a little worried with the current Covid situation. Unknown to me Louise was on holiday but still responded to my email. I had a gas safe engineer within hours who repaired the sensor on the boiler. Fabulous response time and always so helpful. GoogleThey aren't interested in helping you once your tenancy is up. While your a tenant you cannot get shut of them but yet as soon as your tenancy ends. They do t want to know. I have emailed them twice now regarding out deposit as we are waiting on the landlord to sort it out. But havent had any contact back from anyone. Just been ignored
I'm sorry to read this Emma this is not the service we would expect. I can see that you emailed on 30th December when unfortunately there was no one in the office due to a flu bug and that you've emailed again a couple of days ago. We will chase the landlord for you and come back to you as soon as possible but your email should have been acknowledged. The bond has now been released. Louise

I bought my property from them 32 years ago so when it came to selling, I approached them first and I have not regretted my decision. A friendly and personal service with no pressure, provided by Stephen, Michelle and the team combined with efficiency and very competitive fees. Highly recommended!

Dealt mostly with Amanda throughout and she was very friendly, responsive and efficient during all our correspondance. Highly recommend!

GoogleI was a tenant for over 4 years and never had an issue. The staff were so helpful with repairs,as well as with deposits at the end of my tenancy agreement. I would definitely use them again and have no problem reccomending the team at cleckheaton. Thank you for all your help and support over the years.

GoogleFor the good of your mental health, DO NOT become a tennent with this joke of an office. Months of stress when I dealt with them, Louise the manager was of no support at all. Once they've got your signature and money you will get zero support. Read the similar reviews for confirmation of this.
