GoogleFirst time ever writing a review on Google! But after the splendid service from Whitegates, I couldn’t not! After years of renting and hopping about from city to city, I have a wide experience of letting agents. I could sit and tell some right horror stories from ones that I have dealt with in the past but Whitegates really have been a breath of fresh air. Firstly, everyone in the Cleckheaton office is so friendly! Wether you’re speaking to them on the phone, or popping in, nothing is ever too much trouble. Any issues / repairs have been dealt with almost immediately (often on the same day) and someone is always there on the other end of the phone if you need anything. I only moved out of the area due to work but if I ever come back- I know who I will be coming to see to rent or buy somewhere in the future!! Absolutely 5*! Thank you!

GoogleTerrible customer service from the general manager. Rude and unprofessional, replied to my email after 20 days, after chasing for days, multiple phone calls and emails. I have been a landlord for over 4 years, now that I’m selling the property at the end of the tenancy agreement, staff and manager are more bothered about getting new buyers details to rope them into a contract than let me end my contract. Lack of guidance, ignored my email requests to end the contract and now I’m having to contact the property ombudsman!

GoogleI don't normally write reviews on line but I feel that I should leave a review for Whitegates (Cleckheaton). The quality of service I have received from Whitegates has been second to none. I have used Whitegates as a Landlord for the last three years and can honestly say that I cannot find fault with the service from the whole team. They offer a speedy response to any issues which may arise from the properties and ensure each and every property is inspected and maintained to a high standard. I hope the tenants also appreciate the prompt service Whitegates provide.

GoogleNine weeks from viewing to completion! :o) The staff were lovely and always responded quickly to my emails; they were also friendly and chatty on the couple of occasions when I popped into the office. Throughout the process, I had every confidence that the whole team was competent, professional and that they would not contact me unnecessarily. They also found me the perfect buyer!
