GoogleIf you're selling a property Jenny and the team are a real asset and will go the extra mile for the vendor. If you are buying a property marketed by Robert Watts they will also aim to help you through the process. I was unfortunate enough to have a poor solicitor and Jenny's advice about dealing with them was invaluable.

GoogleAlthough Robert watts were not our estate agent in the chain, they were the estate agent of the vendors we were buying from. We were in a large chain and having a number of issues with the lower end of the chain. Jenny was really good in helping things move along and was very supportive with the process.

GoogleThere weren’t any major issues, however I did have to ask for updates and it was meant to be fast track but there complications with the onward train. I would definitely use them for selling or buying though as the issues I have mentioned are always happening in any sale.

There was a few questions and requested we had at the beginning which was dealt with negatively but then started dealing with Sam Banfield and he was so helpful and dealt with queries quickly and professionally between ourselves and the landlord, to help us obtain the property. GoogleShame you can't just put an address in the search bar and it comes up,instead it comes up with houses all over that area! We had seen 3 houses we wanted to purchase for our daughter but gave it up,ended up buying from another estate agent, your charges should reflect your efficiency and its obvious that your search engine needs bringing into this century. We are looking to downsize shortly now the last child has flown the nest,we will try watts again but if after 20 mins I can't find what I'm looking for,well, someone else will gain from your lack of updating your search engine.
Ian we are sorry you have had so much trouble with the website but it was updated this year and we have had no other complaints to be fair. You can narrow the search via miles radius if that helps but please contact the office if you would like more details.

GoogleWe used Roberts Watts to sell and buy a property this year (2022). The initial process of selling our property was completely new to us but after an evaluation from James Watts and the subsequent support from his team, getting our property on the market and selling quickly was excellent. We purchased a new build property through Robert Watts, which meant once the sale was confirmed, we had to wait for the build to be completed. During this ttime,Robert Watts kept us well iinformed,which helped massively. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Robert Watts to anyone.

GoogleNot very helpful at all unfortunately. I'm homeless, sofa surfing after fleeing domestic abuse and sadly I couldn't make a viewing for a property due to work commitments, I only got offered the viewing yesterday. Apparently it's their policy that you HAVE to view the property before putting in an application. I can't find this policy on their website and despite my awful situation they offered no solution and were very abrupt. Very unfortunate because other Estate Agents have been very considerate. Surely if I'm okay putting in an application having only seen pictures, knowing full well the property would be suitable for myself as a single person that should be enough, as it is with most estate agents but it isn't and gets you a very frosty response.
Lauren we are most distressed to receive this review but we can’t accept applications if you haven’t viewed the house. The demand is very high at the moment and if house in question is popular others will undoubtedly get the property. We are sorry for your situation and will try and help you if you see something else.
