GoogleAmazing service. I had several estate agents came to value my parents old property and James stood out for the right reasons, straight forward, honest and everything he told me he would do came through in a professional and timely manner (couldn't say the same for some of the other local agents!) The sales process of a difficult sale was made as pain free as possible, the team in the office were brilliant, especially Nicky who handled the majority of the sale. Estate agents have probably had one of their busiest periods in a long while, and comparing the experience I have had with Watts to the service several of my friends have had recently with other Estate Agents, I was truly blessed, throughout there was only one slight hiccup, but that was addressed and rectified immediately. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great team.

GoogleWe sold our house within 3 days with Robert Watts.James was on the mark regarding the asking price for our property and we achieved 5K over,which was a huge plus. It took about 16 weeks to complete - but that was due to other solicitors messing around and an exceptionally busy time for solicitors and estate agents in general. I would definitely use Robert Watts again and Jenny and Lisa were very good to work with - nothing too much trouble. Overall a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert Watts to friends and family 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

GoogleFrom beginning to end, Robert Watts were amazing in both selling our home and helping us buy our new one. James came out initially for an appraisal and was very clear, and wasn't frustrated by all of our questions. He wasn't pushy at all, and even gave us some suggestions of houses that we loved (he knew exactly what style we were looking for). Lisa and Nikki were fantastic throughout the buying and selling process, despite some significant hurdles thrown at us by the solicitors. We can't thank them enough and simply couldn't recommend them any higher. The next time it comes to property we will be using Robert Watts again!

However, the team were so helpful, honest and gave priceless advice. I’d like to give a special mention to Nicky, who made communication channels between the vendor and ourselves super smooth. GoogleUnrivalled professionalism, work ethic, and a service offered like none other!! I selected Robert Watts as wanted to ensure it wasn’t just simply an ‘agent’ I was placing my home on the market with, but it was a team who would push progress on any transaction gained on my property - and they delivered on absolutely every aspect! Nicky was my main point of contact in the office and the response times were absolutely unbelievable, even giving me a run for my money and that’s some going ;-) Also Lisa too, between these ladies the process was made as easy as possible, just an absolutely fantastic team. I could only wish I was buying my next home through Robert Watts as let’s say it highlights all over again just how amazing this team at Robert Watts is - other agents should take note, sit up and realise this is the standards they should be working to. Also for reference, 8 weeks from sale to completion and that was inclusive of a valuation discrepancy, again highlighting the level of unbelievable reaction response from the Robert Watts team. I appreciate this is a long review, but take the time to read it and you’ll thank me after choosing this team to help you sell your home or purchase another. James - you have the best team around & should be proud! Cannot recommend highly enough!

GoogleJames Watts and Nicky are very professional and they went out of there way to help me buy my home off them, they did more than the ones I where paying to sell my home no comments but won’t use ever again, Robert Watts acted for my purchase. Great estate agents and would deffinatley recommend if your serious about selling or buying your home from. I will deffinatley use Robert Watts to sell my home when the time comes to move on in the future. Nicky was great and so where the other staff at Robert Watts, going the extra mile, Thankyou all.

GoogleIncredibly superb customer service which made the stress more manageable, in particular Lisa Hewitt who went above and beyond to help with the purchase of my first home! Lisa is, in my eyes, such an essential asset to the company she was always very professional, well mannered and a breath of fresh air to communicate with! Everybody within the Cleckheaton branch who assisted myself were all the same, very nice people and a pleasure dealing with and very quick to respond with any queries I bombarded them with. Everybody really makes you feel valued and listened too, I cannot speak highly enough about everybody involved.

GoogleWe bought our house through Robert Watts and they were fantastic from start to finish. They kept us in the loop constantly. We dealt with Nicky Aspin, she was fantastic, very professional and lovely to talk too. She chased everything and updated me regularly. We had a bit of a nightmare towards the end of the sale with the top of the chain messing around. The sale would of gone on even longer if it wasn’t for Nicky constantly chasing all the other parties. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Nicky and the rest of the team.

GoogleWe used Robert Watts at Cleckheaton to sell our house . From the valuation to the sale I can only use one word AMAZING . There were various difficulties on the way but Robert Watts were always there for us , we mainly dealt with Lisa and she was lovely so professional very caring and understanding just a lovely lady will miss talking to her . GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Robert Watts in Cleckheaton. House moving is so stressful but I found Jenny really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. The sale took around 5 months & Jenny did lots more chasing around than either solicitors! I would use them in the future!

GoogleOur house sold within a week of going on the market and achieved the asking price. James came round at very short notice to value and take photographs. The brochure produced was fantastic and showcased our house particularly well.Nicky, Lisa and Jenny were brilliant throughout the negotiation process and even helped to speed up the exchange process when the first time buyers solicitors at the bottom of the chain were failing to communicate. I would highly recommend Robert Watts. They are extremely knowledgable and very skilled on what they do. We had a superb experience with them and hope to use their letting services in the future . I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell my property.

GoogleWe initially asked James for advice on the housing market. His knowledge and understanding of the local market was invaluable and the reason we decided to sell our house. With guidance from James we sold our house within 24 hours. His staff, especially Lisa, were extremely professional and responsive to our requirements and helped us through the whole sale process making the move much less stressful. I highly recommend them.
