GoogleCame across Robert Watts after they sold one of the neighbour’s properties. Initial service was a bit iffy. Photos were quick and we didn’t get a Facebook post like others so some admin was missed and when we did receive an offer on the house it was out that would probably be our only offer so knocked a star off. However the after offer and sales stage was brilliant, Nikki and the team helped push the sale on as quickly as they could and gave advice where needed so couldn’t fault them. An excellent mediator for when you have useless conveyancers. Would recommend.

GoogleI recently attempted to buy a house with Robert Watts and Nicky was the lady who I dealt with the majority of the time. Although the sale did not complete through no fault of Robert Watts, it was an awful process which was incredibly stressful and they were dealing with a difficult seller. Nicky was absolutely phenomenal in her communication, efficiency, care, friendliness, honesty and kindness. She really empathised with my situation and worked hard to support me, find answers, chase solutions and a facilitate a way forward for me. She has been the light in a dreadful situation and went above and beyond in her role. If you get Nicky as your sales negotiator you are in excellent hands-that lady deserves a pay rise, a medal and a promotion! She wasn’t working for me but it felt like she was totally in my corner with me and understood me and my situation. At no point did she lie to me, ignore me, mislead me or pacify me for the organisations’ own gain. She restored my faith in humanity, there are some genuinely great people out there and she is definitely one of them. If you appreciate straight forward, raw and real communication then this is the estate agent for you!

GoogleI came off the phone call shaking, A lady Teresa! Or something similar was rude and abrupt from start! I explained I was in remission from a bad disease but always worked full time and will when I'm finished recovery. A raised voice shouted over mine while I was explaining my current landlord and estate agents are helping me find a new home and putting the deposit down for me as I've put new carpets in the house, trying to explain how good of tenant I have been! I heard a loud voice dictate on a rude manner what is needed to rent a house, obviously knowing what is needed as I explained what I've just put above! This literally put me off instantly on wanting to even use this company now. I explained to the lady she made me feel and I ended the phone call! Shaking and crying because let's face it house searching is hard for a start. I'm utterly disappointed I've even had to write this, but surely the managers aren't allowing their staff to be like this.
If this is how this lady treats people who have just fought to live on calls I don't feel customers will be rushing as alot of people have illnesses since the forced covid vaccines!

We have looked into this now and again we are sorry you felt you need to leave such a poor review and sympathise with your condition and situation. However a manager was sat in the same office whilst this conversation was taking place and we have to disagree completely that raised voices were used and you were spoken to in what you felt was such a poor manner. Teresa simply explained how our procedure worked but unfortunately you didn’t want to accept this. We do however wish you luck finding in finding a new home.

everything was so easy.
they helped set my solicitors up for me which took alot of stress off me as I was an emotional wreck- my mum had died and it was her house I was selling.
they were very active in advertising and didn't just put it up and leave it to sell itself.
fees were good too.
I have used Robert Watts for many years with all family buys and sell and will always use them in the future, they are honest and so helpful.
I recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent to go to them.

GoogleIf I could give zero stars i would. Not worth the hassle, the lettings agent was a pain from the start, wouldn’t let us email them across most of the information, had to spend the day rushing around to get the application in. Then to make matters worse they withdrew our application without telling us, until they did it! They said they tried ringing us, however I work 12 hour shifts and work nights so I’m not awake in the day to answer their calls. They expect you to reply straight away and be at the beck and call. I work so I can pay your ridiculous rent prices! People can’t just drop work because you expect them to, whether it’s viewings or filling the referencing out. Also, they never said we had 24 hours to fill in the referencing, so clearly a lack of communication and inept staff.
You’ve just lost some really good tenants now.

Amy again you have left this review on the Sales page like your partner and we do feel it is unfair to react with 1 star reviews if things do not go your way. However it its a competitive rental market and please let us state quite clearly, we do not set the rental prices. This is simple supply and demand and if the Government keeps forcing private landlords out of the market rents will rise unfortunately. We sympathise with you having to work but we were clear in our requirements and we cannot be to blame if you didn't respond and we have other tenants waiting. We act for the landlord who wanted to go with the other party and have to look after their interests first. Good luck finding suitable accommodation.

GoogleRenters - avoid at all costs. Just not worth the hassle. Pulled our application, but did not tell us we had 24hrs to fill out an application. Myself and my partner both have full time professional jobs and had a busy weekend which did not provide time to complete the referencing. Molly claims to have emailed to warn us, but we have found no evidence of this. Also said they had called, but only called my partner not me, when my number was on the form as well.
I've had better communication from a brick wall.
Generally awkward to deal with.

Jenny especially kept me updated weekly and I knew she was only a phone call away if I needed anything. We had a few bumps in the road with the chain as a whole but Jenny kept in contact with myself and my vendors to ensure we both knew what was happening. I honestly feel without Jenny and her support, the chain would have collapsed. I could have cried when collecting keys on completion day as my mortgage offer had nearly expired.
