I used ELP Arbuthnott McClanachan for convenancying and estate agent services when selling my home in Edinburgh recently. They provided a top-notch service and I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. It was very professional and the staff at ELP communicated clearly and quickly about all the nitty gritty details of marketing the property, arranging a home report, organising viewings, making decisions about offers, and getting all the legal paperwork and contracts concluded in a timely manner. I really appreciated their years of experience as it was my first time selling my home and their knowledge of the Edinburgh property market is extensive and very useful. Would use again if I were living back in Scotland and purchasing or selling a home. Thanks! :)

Doesnt Get Much Better

Have been dealing with Barbara, Lisbeth Ann and Laura for the past 5 years and they have dealt with some tricky and complicated scenarios with great skill , knowledge and a genuine desire to do the best for their clients. Working for solicitors for many years I would say that this company is as good as it gets , and clients are made to feel welcome and put at ease with the less formal and staid approach . Def a 10/10

I was recommended ELP by a friend as she had a good experience in the past. I would also recommend, a pleasure to deal with! I was introduced to Duncan McFadzean by a friend who had acted against him in various employment law cases. I thought what better accolade than to be recommended by a former adversary? I wasn't disappointed. Having been identified for redundancy, Duncan guided me through the consultation meetings and later through an appeal. The appeal was not successful so we prepared to take the matter to a tribunal. At all times I found Duncan to be helpful and knowledgeable and he always responded quickly. He has a relaxed and informal demeanour but is very sharp.
