Facebook3rd time throughout the years we've used ELPAM for conveyancing (once with Laura, twice with Lisbeth Ann) and they have been fantastic every time. Always available to take calls and queries and Lisbeth Ann was great at offering calming words if my stress levels were getting too high! We were also selling 2 properties with ELPAM and both sold within a fortnight, so can't forget Glynis who dealt with us on both sales and who gave great advice. Can't recommend this firm highly enough!

FacebookLisbeth-Ann was brilliant in every stage of the purchase of our new house. Being a new build, there were a few more considerations and things to think about compared to when we bought our first flat, and Lisbeth-Ann was really diligent in explaining the various pitfalls and different things we had to think about. The purchase day was as smooth and stressful as it could be. We reserved the plot last November, so has been a long lead in time and she was really great in all the work she carried out and in all our meetings and correspondence. I'd absolutely recommend Lisbeth-Ann and ELP Arbuthnott McClanachan to anyone purchasing a new property, especially a new build.

FacebookI contacted Laura through the ELPAM website over 3 years ago looking for some advice about the Edinburgh property market. She gave me excellent, comprehensive advice at that time so I went back to her recently for ELPAM to sell my house. The whole process of selling, from initial Home Report to exchange of contracts could not have gone more smoothly, particularly as the flat was sold with a sitting tenant. Laura is very proactive and always kept me up to date with progress. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell or buy a property to contact ELPAM. They have been extremely professional and proactive, what more can you want when selling a house. And in comparison to other solicitors I have used, ELPAM were a god send.
