Would like to recommend ELP to anyone buying or selling property in or out of their pension , this is a particularly tricky process as I have just learnt , Happily I had Duncan McFadzean in my corner to see the process through , unfortunately for us we encountered many obstacles from my own pension provider who proved to be very poor with communication and had to be dragged through the whole process , thankfully I had Duncan to help drag them through it , Great communication from Duncan at all times and very persistent on my behalf demanding responses from the relevant parties , Can’t thank him enough for his efforts and would thoroughly recommend his services
