Laura and Brittany have done an excellent job supporting me with the purchase of a second home. Laura (patiently!) guided me through the Scottish conveyancing process which I was unfamiliar with having only navigated the process in England previously. Laura was very responsive which I find is the most important thing when it comes to the stressful process of buying property.I will certainly come back to ELP Arbuthnott McClanachan when I need help with legal matters in the Edinburgh area in future.

Previously lived in England, so wasn't familiar with the process of buying property in Scotland.
