We kind of "grandfathered in" to ELP as the solicitor I'd worked with in the past joined them. They sold our two flats, and then over the following months dealt with making multiple offers, and eventually buying our new home. Half-way through this 10 month process, our solicitor Colin retired, but his role was filled seamlessly by Lisbeth-Ann and many others who made this really challenging process so simple. Thanks all!
