Cannot speak highly enough of …

Cannot speak highly enough of Waterfords, Hugo was unbelievably helpful throughout. We signed the contract on Monday, pictures taken on Tuesday, first viewings Wednesday and two offers on the table Thursday morning so can't really ask for more than that. Although we mainly dealt with Hugo everyone in the office was always professional, friendly, never pushy and refreshingly honest! Any problems that arose along the way were always dealt with quickly and proficiently and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Watefords or using them again. We've been in our new house 3 weeks and couldn't be happier, thank you Waterfords, its been a pleasure to do business with you.

Exellent Sevice

Waterfords have been amazing with everything from the professional service and the polite manner they have shown us. We have moved 3 times in 2 years but with Waterfords it was so easy they made sure we were going in the right direction. Great customer service and communication

I think the most important thing when selling a house is communication, and Darren and the team at Waterfords were excellent. They were very proactive in communicating with us throughout, especially as our solicitors were poor in this regard.We dealt almost exclusively with Darren during our sale, and he is both helpful and friendly. Our sale and purchase was sometimes a bit fraught, and we relied on him to guide and help us though the process, and he did not let us down.I'd have no hesitation in recommending them in future.

Amazing service provided by Waterfords in Yateley - Sarah is amazing at her job!

My partner and I recently purchased our first home together in Yateley. We were new to the area and so we looked at quite a few houses once we had received our Decision in Principle. There was one particular road in a lovely part of Yateley, I think we had viewed 3-4 houses and had offers rejected on 3 of them! Just as we were giving up hope of living down one particular road in Yateley, a property came back up for sale on the market. My partner spoke to Luke from Waterfords and before we knew it we had our offer accepted! Luke really put forward our position to the seller which I definitely think helped in having our offer accepted.The purchase itself was exceptionally quick and smooth, with mostly Sarah dealing with us. Sarah would often chase our solicitors and would always call us on a weekly basis to give us an update. Sarah honestly cares about the customers at Waterfords and she was always genuinely happy for us when the process was getting closer to completion.I would also like to thank Natalie and Bradley for also providing us with some excellent advice during the process. If we were to sell in years to come, without a doubt I know we would use Waterfords. We dealt with other estate agents in the area but Waterfords by far provided the best service.Thanks once again Waterfords in Yateley for helping us to buy our first home, and also a huge thanks to Sarah for all of the help and support. We have just sold and brought properties both through Waterford's and i cannot fault them in the slightest. Emma Holland managed the process for us from start to finish and was absolutely brilliant. We received regular updates as to where we were within the process by phone and by email. If we needed anything we could just pick up the phone and nothing was too much trouble. We have moved a number of times now and have to say the experience with Waterford's, mainly down to Emma has been the best.I would easily recommend to friends or family. This move was very important to us as a family and Emma got that and made sure everything was done to ensure it went as smooth as possible.

An Estate agent who bucks the Stereotype

During a very troublesome house move I have had one constant point of contact throughout the process. Emma has been enthusiastic, pro active and informative throughout the last 5 months trying everything in her power to make sure we were in position to purchase the house we want to own. Emma has gone above and beyond to make sure she has answered all of the questions and queries we have had. Speaking to various different members of the chain while constantly reassuring us that the house move would happen. Emma is a credit to Waterfords, she is by far the best estate agent we have worked with throughout the house selling and moving process, I couldn't recommend Emma enough to any future house purchasers and would happily refer her to all of my friends and family. Charity Holden and Emma Holland.

I have had dealings with a few estate agents before and found myself pulling my hair out!This changed with Waterfords in Fleet.My first experience of Waterfords in Fleet was very positive, with Charity taking the lead in helping with a sale. She was at all times polite, professional and honest. It was because of this I used Waterfords for the sale of a second property.Again Charity was professional and I was confident that the sale was in safe hands. A buyer was found and at this point Emma took control. Without fail she chased the progression of the sale! She kept me informed, replied to any questions I had without having to be chased up, liased with all sides and all this was done in a professional, friendly and speedy manner! I know I was paying for the agents help with the sales but the service provided by both Emma and Charity can not be faulted. I would use Waterfords again but have to admit I would ask for Charity and Emma to deal with it. They are a fantastic team.Thanks for your effort and help.

Our move was a complex one involving more than 1 sale, a property rental and a purchase. We dealt with more than 1 representative at Waterfords; all being knowledgable, pro-active and helpful but for us Sarah Turner was a lifeline, she is passionate and so incredibly reassuring. A different kind of people

I was in the area for only 72 hours - I flew in from abroad - and in this short time I had to find a good property to rent. Visited several agencies but Waterfords was by far the most welcoming from the first moment. Debbie and Emily were very helpful and friendly and after some viewings they pulled the rabbit out of the hat, ie an amazing property that exceeded my expectations but not my budget. I am delighted to have met them because they have helped me through the process and communication (both on the phone and via email) was always detailed and clear. Excellent first time experience!

Never having sold a property I was very cautious with selecting an agent to sell with. I actually ended up listing my property with a few in Fleet, but for various reasons Waterfords, and particularly Emma and Charity excelled - and went on to sell the property. In fact, when i had 2 identical offers for my house, I decided that i would rather deal with this team at Waterfords.They were always open, straight forward, prompt and professional. Emma was my contact throughout the process and gave the exact service I wanted and needed. Regular contact via the phone and email, updates with the buying and selling chain, personable and professional in equal measure. In contrast with the solicitors in the chain, I knew that Emma was doing what was needed without constant chasing or pestering and then received a lovely bubbly congratulations from both Charity and Emma upon contract exchange! Very happy - highly recommendLuke was our contact at Waterfords Estate Agents. Although I have never met Luke, I found him to be a pleasure to liaise with during the time myself and partner were looking for properties. He was never 'pushy' and every time we spoke on the telephone about houses we may wish to view or ones we had already viewed, he was always open to our feedback. Luke only recommended properties tailored to our reuiqrements rather than just sending big lists of properties in the hope we would find somehere that suited us - (Sadly, an off putting reputation of some Estate Agents)I found him very approachable. I have been extremely impressed with Darren and the whole of the Waterfords Yateley team. From the initial viewing, right through to completion, I received excellent service and regular communication. I consistently felt Waterfords were in control of the chain and had an impressive grasp of developments. This was our first house purchase so much of the process was new to us and Darren was brilliant at explaining what is required and what to expect. Great experience

From the start of the process of looking for a new flat Emma Holland took me round a couple and was very patient and understanding of what I was looking for. Once I found it she then helped me set mine up for sale and found a buyer very fast. Throughout the whole process Emma was very helpful answering any daft questions I had (there was a few) and always got back to me quickly. Yes you have to pay more for an estate agent than online but the service seems to be far better.

Joseph Joyce was very helpful with our viewings and advice on 2 occasions of viewing, also with our observations during those occasions.Also Waterfords provide you with a 2 page, 4 sided document, a vendor completed questionnaire with regard to the property on viewing with the brochure, an apparently legal requirement for marketing under the consumer act 2008, before the paper chase starts, a plus that other agents appear to dismiss and not provide at that stage. Perfect First Home with Waterfords

We moved into our first home with Waterfords 18 months ago. The house was newly reburbished, beautiful. The perfect first home. If we ever had an issue (no hot water) someone would be out the same day, even if it was 8pm on a Sunday evening! All members of staff that I have dealt with, especially Beth, have been lovely and just made the experience so wonderful even with the stress of us moving out and buying our own home. I have been dealing with Matthew Stewart at the Sunningdale branch of Waterfords Estate Agents throughout the purchase of my property. From the very beginning I felt that he was different from other Agents I'd been dealing with because he simply wanted the business more than the others did. It has been a very enjoyable experience dealing with Matthew and the Sunningdale branch. Emma at Waterfords is amazing!!I rarely ever write reviews but I have to make an exception. Waterfords were the estate agents for the house I was buying and I liaised with Emma Holland, and the service she provided was just outstanding. There probably isn't enough adjectives to describe how totally amazing she is. Our house purchase was part of a long chain and required liaising with many third parties. However, among all the solicitors and other estate agents it was Emma that stood out among all. Emma's determination and drive got everyone over the line. At times it was like fighting a losing battle that was just a long drawn out process but Emma just continually persisted to ensure we all got to exchange, My wife and I are truly grateful that we got to work with Emma as she is truly a professional in her career. There is no question that if we ever need the services of an estate agent I won't hesitate to call Emma, and will certainly be recommending Waterfords to my friends and family.
