And since I met him to find our new house , I called him 100x times , send many many emails , and he helped me with all of my questions never saying no. Superb service all round; particularly from Joe Joyce in the Camberley office. Kier Preece came to see the property initially and was absolutely marvellous; professional, knowledgeable both about the local area and market valuation, and entirely confident that the property would have offer(s) within a short time - and right on cue... less than 3 weeks later, he was right! Joe handled everything with great attention to detail and amazing tenacity; he put us all at ease and the buyers knew everything at every stage without even contacting their own sales agents most of the time. Honestly, a fantastic experience that could’ve been so much more stressful but Waterfords made it a breeze! Joe was like a tornado... just a non-destructive one! 😊

This is my first experience of becoming a landlord and I am so pleased I chose Waterfords as my letting agent. The area Sales and Letting Manager Sam Charlton was my first contact. Sam explained the whole process to me extensively and made sure I was confident with all the information and requirements from both myself and any future tenants. His obvious knowledge of his market and the ability of his team installed confidence. With-in 48 hours of my instruction I had 2 viewings one of which has resulted in my new tenant. Being first time buyers we were dreading the so called infamous stressful process that went with buying a house. However Emma from Fleet Waterfords went above and beyond to help us through it and made it as stress-free as possible. Very pleasant to speak too, always kept me informed at every step of the way and I could tell she worked hard and cared alot about us. Just wanted to say Joe was wonderful…

Just wanted to say Joe was wonderful throughout the whole transaction. He was always keeping me updated, and following up with the buyers directly and their solicitors. Even when things got tough, and our original Chain collapsed, he was right back out marketing the property and secured another buyer very quickly at the same price - his perseverance and persistence paid off to close the Sale and get us through Exchange. For any future purchase or sale, I would have no hesitation in appointing Waterfords again, and would like Joe to act for me, as he gave it that personal touch! I couldn't thank him enough!

Excellent service from all staff involved; extremely supportive and helpful, advised appropriately on how to present the property. They kept me informed all the way through. Sarah was particularly supportive, especially when liaising with the legal representative. Being First time buyers, we were very much new to the whole "scene" and things didn't start off great, we had a terrible experience with one Estate Agents and were starting to lose faith in ever finding our new home however when we reached out to Waterford’s to book a viewing, our opinions changed. We dealt mainly with Shaun and found him to be friendly, helpful and someone to go above and beyond what was expected. He listened to what we were looking for, stayed in regular contact and talked us through the whole process. Generally good service spoiled by some unnecessary irritations

The initial consultation with Darren was very constructive, and marketing started promptly, with a buyer being found within a very short time. The reason I have only given 3 stars was because of the way I was treated while the legal processes were in hand. Sarah repeatedly telephoned to discuss progress with my husband rather than myself which I found offensive given that the house being sold was mine not my husband's. On one occasion a letter was sent to him instead of me. I found the rather frequent phone calls unnecessary as there were no undue delays and, in any case, I consider it best to communicate via the legal representatives to ensure that no misleading information is inadvertently given out. I also had the impression that Sarah was more interested in pleasing the purchaser than myself with regard to a completion date, which seems inappropriate as it was I who was paying Waterford's fee.

A huge thanks to Darren and the team at Waterfords for their service in what turned out to be a bit of a nightmare house sale in the end due to failings with another agency that we were considering using who are located just down the road!!Luke did a great job initially with the open house and viewings, so much so that the first viewing actually made an offer that same day and was the offer we eventually ended up accepting. After this Brad, and in particular Sarah, kept us updated at all times despite a lack of credible information coming from further down the chain. They fully understood our situation and the sometimes impossible position that we found ourselves in on several occasions.
