Purchase of property

All members of the team were invariably polite, helpful & very approachable. Where what would have otherwise been a smooth process ran into difficulties was that the vendor had, apparently, never been happy with the offer price. This led to unnecessary delays and last minute upset. On reflection the signs that something was not quite right really should have been picked up on at a far earlier stage. In the event the purchase only went through thanks to Charity Holden's ability to negotiate a resolution acceptable to all.

Waterfords Farnham landlord

I have had an excellent experience with Waterfords finding a tenant for my flat in central Farnham. Hannah is extremely efficient, hardworking and focussed and has found me an excellent tenant in super quick time after it had languished with another agent for a couple of months. Hannah is the kind of person who will always give 110 percent. All in all I am very pleased not only with the quality of the let but also with the knowledge that my flat will be efficiently managed for the duration of the tenancy.

Thank you Waterfords Farnham!!

My husband and I are first time sellers. We were feeling pretty apprehensive about putting our house on the market, especially as we are looking for a quick sale but Robert and his team in Farnham put us at ease straightaway. Following their helpful advice on the best asking price we achieved nine viewings, three offers and an agreed sale within four days of going on the market. Our sale is proceeding nicely with Luke from the team keeping us updated with the progress along the chain and answering any questions we have about the process as we go. Thanks to Waterfords Farnham for all their hard work and support to date. It's wonderful knowing we have such a fab team behind us and without any of the usual estate agent pressure! No Contest, they're the Best!

Dealing with a company such as Waterford's was so easy. I was dreading selling my house as I have never done it before but the team at Waterford's made it so stress free. The whole process was complete from viewings to completion in 9 weeks. When ever I had a question they were there to explain and guide me through the process and in the end I was dealing with friends not just people selling my house. Great service from start to finish

Waterford's in Camberley were the second estate agent we used to get us moved and next time we know to go straight to them and not waste 3-4 months with anybody else. They gave us honest advice with no unrealistic expectations of what we might achieve with our house sale. The photographs were of a very high standard and that set the tone from the very beginning. They then followed through with a steady steam of viewings and kept at it until they found us that one elusive buyer - which is all you need. Through no fault of theirs it was not an easy transaction but we were kept informed and they worked with us to achieve the end result we wanted. Throughout the process everyone we dealt with was helpful, professional and supportive at all times and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were hooked from the start when we had our property valued, with Emma telling us 'she' would personally provide a 'cradle to grave' service. It was then somewhat disappointing that we barely spoke to Emma, after her initial visit, until she called to congratulate us on our completion. Highly Reccomended

Waterfords were the agent acting on behalf of the seller I purchased from. I therefore did not expect to have significant dealings with them. However, as it turns out they orchestrated the entire sale and purchase and in my opinion they went above and beyond what was expected.In particular, Joseph Joyce was pivotal in keeping the process moving and without him, it is likely it would have taken a lot longer and been considerably more stressful.
