Head and shoulders above the rest!

Our experience of selling our home in Yateley was an extremely smooth one with Waterfords at the helm. Hugo was very helpful in keeping things moving along and open in his communication. In one instance, when we felt frustrated with the vendor's solicitors communication regarding how the ground rental inflation adjustment worked, Hugo took the initiative to explain our concerns directly with the vendor, and the matter was resolved. On a separate occasion, when our mortgage was delayed, Hugo offered good reassurance and helped us manage the vendor's expectations.

I needed a quick sale on my property and the team at Waterfords, Chobham pulled out all the stops to get lots of viewings in a short space of time. This enabled me to secure my new home in a different part of the country. Fantastic service from Waterfords! Thanks to Samuel Charlton (Waterfords Fleet) we had a tenant lined up within 12 hours of the property going onto the market. When that tenant fell through they managed to get us someone within 12 hours of the property being placed onto the market again. Samuel is very friendly, polite, professional and efficient!
