My experience with Matt Blackman has been exceptional. Matt made the process streamlined and stress free. Trying to juggle work and find a new home is by far an extremely stressful process but having someone on hand that has the knowledge and capability is always handy. I would highly recommend waterfords

I would highly recommend waterfords, I have always found them to be friendly, approachable and honest. We did not sell via waterfords but would definitely consider doing so should we move again as a result of the service we have received.In particular Darren Walters (Yateley) has been exceptionally attentive throughout the process, always keeping me informed and even helping to solve issues and move things along.I am really happy with the service I have received.

Helped smooth the buying process

We bought a house through Waterfords Fleet and they were very helpful throughout. We had delays in the chain but Emma in particular was incredibly helpful in smoothing the process and keeping everyone informed. I was impressed with how responsive Emma was over phone and email and she really seemed to want the best for everyone. We don't intend to move for a long while now but when we do, I'd happily buy through Waterfords again.

Friendly and efficient

I have primarily dealt with Kane with the viewings. He is a friendly approachable guy that was very helpful when it came to the viewings and any questions I had. Making the effort to meet me on a Saturday so I could view the property again. Waterfords Chobham sales team are undoubtedly the most professional and amazing team of agents I have ever dealt with. We spent countless months doing countless viewings of properties, we never felt like we were dealing with the right kind of agent, which lead to us not feeling comfortable moving forward with buying, until we came across Tom and the team at Waterfords Chobham, there was no pressure, no lies, no sleaziness, just genuine people with great work ethic and brilliant communication! We knew straight away that we wanted to buy our home once meeting Tom, he was so helpful and guided us every step of the way! Nothing was ever too much! Waterfords in Chobham were always polite and helpful. They were ready to give feedback after showing prospective purchasers round and produced a reasonable number of clients in what has been a difficult year in house selling. Luke and latterly, George, worked hard on my behalf.My only criticism is that they probably aimed for too high a price initially - but Hey! it's sold now so now I can get on with my life!

Brilliant service from start to finish

I never thought I would be praising an estate agents, but Waterfords definitely went the extra mile in my house sale/purchase. Online agents may be cheaper but Waterfords definitely earnt their commission keeping our chain in order, even after it nearly fell apart, and chasing up every single aspect throughout the conveyancing process, resulting in a successful exchange. Joe Joyce kept me sane and calm - he is a credit to Waterfords.
