Very happy. Daniel Brett was very personable when he took the viewing with us, Michael brown negotiated the purchase price to an acceptable figure for both parties and then as an investor we passed the property over to Hannah cox in the Lettings department who immediately negotiated a rent increase for me with the tenants who remained in situ for the transaction.
