Kier, Oliver and the team at Waterfords have been fantastic. We had some bad luck when our initial buyer pulled out and we decided not to move. Kier's entrepreneurial spirit meant that he found us a good buyer even when we were not up for sale and we have now exchanged contracts and looking forward to our move.

Overall my experience with Waterfords was excellent. I dealt with Emma Holland directly; she was efficient, informative and trustworthy. It is important to mention that Emma was working on behalf of the clients further up the chain, and was not actually my estate agent: in retrospect I wish she had been. Her regular correspondence was superb and she was extremely reliable.

Very accommodating!

Due to building works I have had to relocate on a temporary basis. Hannah at Farnham was extremely helpful in the initial stages of this - arranging viewings to suit my work commitments, sorting the paperwork on a Saturday prior to her holiday etc. A very pleasant lady who is obviously committed to providing an excellent service, so thank you very much!

Good old fashioned service

I can't praise Waterfords enough. David and his team took over the sale of our house and fairly quickly we had a buyer. Sadly our solicitors weren't as good as our estate agents but David was professional at all times and saved the sale.
