Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily we found Alan de Maid which made the process much easier than we had been anticipating. GoogleWe spoke to most of the agents in Chislehurst but were instantly struck by the enthusiasm of Peter at Alan De Maid and his in-depth knowledge of the local market. Peter provided a realistic valuation (other agents valued higher) but we did not hesitate to appoint Alan De Maid. Turned out to be a great decision. Alan De Maid started marketing the property in May 2017 and it was sold for a great price in less than a month. We exchanged in September. I can’t fault the service.

GoogleWe had a unique property that had been on the market with other agents for over a year and prospective buyers had all but dried up. We had almost given up hope when Peter, Maria and Mia from Alan de Maid took it on and got so many serious buyers through the door I was astonished. They are also very approachable and friendly I feel I've made new friends. Can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI can definitely recommend the Chislehurst branch of Alan de Maid. I have now used this Agent three times. I have consistently found the manager Peter to be highly proactive, well connected with other estate agents and knowledgeable about the local housing market. I was particularly pleased with my last sale where Peter’s fantastic team secured an improved offer which amply paid their commission; who needs online agents.

GoogleSeriously debating cancelling ADM, contrary to other reviews, the sale of our house has been consistently frustrating due to the lack of feedback, constantly chasing them for updates and lack of professionalism regarding even the basic levels of courtesy.
