GoogleDeana and Peter were both extremely helpful. The valuation was accurate for the current market situation and only purchasers who were in a position to progress a purchase were introduced. I was advised when a viewing would take place and updated with feedback afterwards. I do recommend this branch. Thank you.

GoogleA 4 bedroomed flat on the 1st and 2nd floors of an old mansion house was never expected to be an easy sale, but Peter, Maria and Mia persevered and were really professional and very personable. GoogleSeriously debating cancelling ADM, contrary to other reviews, the sale of our house has been consistently frustrating due to the lack of feedback, constantly chasing them for updates and lack of professionalism regarding even the basic levels of courtesy.

We had a property marketed with for the duration of 16 weeks, not a single viewing even though they advised on the guide price, and there only correspondence is sending Rightmove Market Trend on our property. LACK OF SERVICE BORDERING ONTO INCOMPENTANCE.

Peter's valuation and advice in marketing the property clearly showed his local knowledge and experience of selling in Chislehurst. When our original buyer fell through unexpectedly, they were able to find us a new buyer the very same day. GoogleIncredibly poor and unprofessional service. We had agreed a time for a property valuation, the agent rescheduled twice and in the end didn't attend canceling last minute. I would strongly suggest avoiding the agency.
