GoogleIncredibly poor and unprofessional service. We had agreed a time for a property valuation, the agent rescheduled twice and in the end didn't attend canceling last minute. I would strongly suggest avoiding the agency.

GoogleWe were really pleased with the service from Peter, Deana and Cally. Peter's valuation and advice in marketing the property clearly showed his local knowledge and experience of selling in Chislehurst. When our original buyer fell through unexpectedly, they were able to find us a new buyer the very same day. They were always available on email and by phone, and they clearly worked hard to get the best price, including helping us with our purchase when we hit some last minute bumps in the road. C & L

GoogleIn our search for properties they were very proactive in identifying suitable properties and keeping us apprised of progress. Always turned up at viewings promptly and were well informed. Further questions were dealt with promptly. All staff very friendly, supportive and helpful.

GoogleI was very impressed from day one with Alan de Maid. Peter's advice was second to none and he really stood out from the other High Street Agents. Alan de Maid sold my property within 3 weeks. I had 2 offers and we reached completion in around 6 weeks. I would definitely have no hesitations in recommending or using them again.

GoogleGreat service from Peter and Deana. Very honest and straightforward valuation advice, demonstrating lots of local knowledge with no unnecessary sales patter. Did a terrific co-ordinating both sets of solicitors in the inevitable last minute back and forth in the run to up to exchange/completion. We bought and sold our house through Peter and would happily do the same again.
