Easy and friendly to work with and they also help with everything ie bills and how to set them up, and anything to do with the property they help with.

GooglePoor communications with tenants, with far too much of their responsibility farmed out to a third party. We were also left unsatisfied with the outcome of their withholding part of our deposit, though I recognise that the DPS found in their favour. Suggest you take the time to satisfy yourself of the specifics of the check in and check out reports, and that they accurately reflect the condition of the property including of the carpets. During our tenancy, the maintenance work carried out on the landlord’s property was also consistently poor and on several occasions necessitated repeat visits. Oven replaced but the wrong size, toilet and shower ‘fixed’ with returning plumbers to fix the fix. No interest in resolving the mould around the windows in a number of the rooms which was noted in the check in report. I’m sure they would say ‘well we should have asked’. I don’t think we should have to when they’re paid to manage the property.
