GoogleWhat can I say. Nobody really likes estate agents but these guys have been better than most I've had dealings with tbh. Communication has been good and problems are normally promptly dealt with so i would recommend if I had too!

GoogleEmily, Joshua and Phoebe at Southernbrook have all been great and made securing my new home as pain-free as possible. Great communication and very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. They were also more than happy to let me in again to measure up before moving in, which I know must take away from time to do other viewings and work, but it never seemed too much trouble and I really appreciated their time. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Southernbrook. We had an excellent experience, even during a global pandemic. The whole process was stress free and all staff where happy to help with any queries we had. We were especially impressed with all the extra covid precautions during these uncertain times. We dealt personally with Joshua - he was very helpful, knowledgable and happy to answer any questions we had. We are now settled in our new place and are very happy with how quickly everything progressed. We know if we ever had any questions in the future they would be answered quickly and professionally. Would recommend Southernbrook to anyone.

GoogleSouthernbrook have been letting and managing our two properties for six years now. After the experience of a bad agent, they have proved to be a joy. They have an excellent team of highly approachable and efficient people. We are overseas landlords and their support is vital. They have kept our properties let and managed them superbly. We appreciate receiving regular reports of their property inspections. We visit the houses each year and can see they are properly maintained. The statements and payments are always on time. We have no hesitation in giving them a five star rating.

GoogleThe staff at Southernbrook were helpful, patient and professional in supporting me through the process of letting out my house back in 2014. Since then they have continued to offer those qualities, as well as consistently demonstration their expertise, great knowledge of the renting market and, equally important, a friendly approach, always quick to respond to any queries or concerns either from myself or the tenants. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleLouis at Southernbrook has been great, this is our first venture in to lettings, we cannot fault them for service, Louis had compatible tenants ready and waiting to view our property the moment we approached him, the transaction was a quick, trouble free process, we will continue to use Southernbrook to manage all our rental properties in the near future, excellent professional service, I would recommend them to all friends and family!
