GoogleI asked Southernbrook if they would take on my property which had a semi-paying tenant in. They were very helpful and took it on giving me advice at every turn. Joe has been particularly helpful and reassuring and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and them for professionalism but also kindness and fairness towards landlords and their tenants.

GoogleThe best recommendation from a friend and i haven't looked back. I have used Southernbrook since 2007 to rent my house out and its always been plain sailing. The reference checks they complete are very thorough and as a result all of my tenants have been good tenants and Southernbrook just take away all of the stress of managing a rental. I also really like their ethos on community giving to local charities, local businesses giving back to local communities and a great service. Win Win!

GoogleWhen moving in I was unsure of what property I needed, however after talking with Joshua we decided that a two bed was what I needed and he was incredibly helpful in sorting this out for me. I have had bad experiences with letting agents in the past, however I would recommend Southernbrooke to anyone.
