The whole team are superb -friendly, genuine, and happy to help. GoogleI am incredibly pleased with the service I received from Southernbrook Lettings, specially Paige, who helped me in finding a property to rent that met all of my requirements, in literally 5 minutes. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly and made herself available for a viewing on very short notice. Paige and the company did a fantastic job, it was quick, efficient and very professional, no time wasted. It was a pleasure to deal with her, can’t recommend her enough.

Google"They are horrible. I was living in 23 douglas martin road and the person next door was harassing my and my wife. Broke the windows trying to get into our flat. We had to call the police at least twice a week. They never care about us. We couldn't even sleep at night because we were scared we had to leave and still keep paying them because they didn't allow us to terminate the tenancy

GoogleI urgently needed to find a flat for rent within a few weeks, but at the moment I only have income from benefits. With the support the Housing Department of Gosport Council, I found solution at the Southernbrook Agency. Our first meeting was on 11th April, and I received the keys to my new, lovely rental property on 27th April. Excellent, fast administration, friendly treatment. Good communication all along and gave details of the potential tenants both during and after the viewing process.
