My wife and I have been dealing with Sarah in the Chesterfield branch for a number of months now and I simply cannot fault her. Although we have not purchased a property through Reeds Rains and we were looking more in the south Sheffield area, she has listened to our exact requirements and always come back to us when shes said she would, even notifying us of properties in Sheffield before the Sheffield branch! There has never been a time we have called into the office when there hasn't been a smile on her face. Absolutely brilliant young lady and a credit to the company.

I didn’t decide to do my mortgage with Zach, but his service care and support made me realise I really should have! When it’s up for renewal Zach at reeds rains will be the first person I call, I just wish I had seen him first before I sorted it out. He spoke to me about protecting myself and making sure my mortgage would be covered as well even when I had said I had sorted my mortgage elsewhere it felt like he went over and above. He really listened to what was important to me. My bank couldn't offer anything close to what he could do that’s why I went ahead with his recommendation to Aviva and I’m relieved I did. He made everything clear and easy to understand. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent Customer service, slightly more expensive than a web based agent but the service, contact and general approachability and ease to deal with worth paying that little bit extra for. Hi I m just writing that review after wait all most 5 month one of my friend was in their property he left in middle of July that rented property than he keep calling for deposit back that said landlord not giving response than he raise dispute for deposit wit deposit protection that ask how u contact agent to ask deposit bt he called every time than landlord response she want to make claim £1200 and than he ask for pic what he break for proof bt she not giving any thing and property guys just only talk one thing we not getting response than she said I want final amount £500 now property guys pressure him to make deal and release deposit with out claim proof cz guys has last pic of house wen he left the property now my advise every one wen they let property very fast now he feeling very well under pressure cz they not helping in good way to make fare decision with damage proof they just talk one said not both way middle cz middle man always talk fare they are not good enough

The tenant got behind by £1,950 and the agent did very little to chase the money from the tenant. After over a year of trying to resolve, the agent is asking me for £780 to leave the company. Even asking for £144 as a check out which I don’t need. Totally unsympathetic to a customer who has paid their fees for several years. Totally unsatisfied with their customer care and treatment. When I asked how to get my money back from the tenant they asked me to place £1,300 with a solicitor to chase it. This could take months and I could end up with £20 per month for years. THE BRANCH just pass you onto head office and you can never speak to anyone without waiting for half an hour in a phone que. If this is how the company have changed then I would not recommend them and warn owners!!

5 star service. After having the first buyer pull out on the day of exchange I needed my house sold and complete within a 4week period!! After having Sarah Weston put in charge I could not fault her.
