GoogleReeds rains Chesterfield have managed my property for lettings for some time. They’ve done a superb job. Everything I’ve asked they’ve done. Communication is always fantastic and the knowledge of the local market is even better. Better still, my tenant serviced notice earlier in the year. I decided to try and sell the property. They sold it in less than a week and above the asking price. A superb service all around. Will use again should I ever need an estate agent in Chesterfield!

GoogleCan’t recommend reeds reins in Chesterfield highly enough. Completely professional from well before our house even went on the market. From our valuation we were unsure when we would be in a position to market our property but Miranda’s weekly follow up calls to see how we were going on, prompted us to use your company. Miranda and Amelia have been brilliant with our sale and helped us to stay positive when our first buyer dropped out. Chloe and the other staff members we dealt with were also brilliant. We have had a 'not off the shelf' situation and he has gone above and beyond what we would of expected...he has helped us remortgage our rental, release equity and a repayment mortgage for our new home all in one! Regular friendly interactions via, emails & phone calls has made us feel as ease and have every confidence that we can buy our forever home! Having the knowledge and experience he has has helped us meet the requirements needed to reach our goal. Thankyou so much to Zach for all his hard work. We couldn't be where we are today if it wasnt for him!
