I would just like to say a big thank you to Sarah Weston at the Chesterfield branch for all her help and support during a very stressful time while we were trying to purchase a house through Reeds Rain. Sadly at the last moment the owner decided to re-list her house at an inflated price with a different estate agent, so we were unable to proceed with the purchase. However Sarah was never anything but professional and supportive and communicated fully with us throughout the whole situation. The fact we were unable to proceed had absolutely nothing to do with her - she tried her best when dealing with an extremely unpleasant situation and she should be commended for her behaviour! However, Adam is not just a mortgage broker he is much more - he went the extra mile in so many circumstances, he's friendly, incredibly proactive and gets the job done! He gave me plenty of great advice, set aside a lot of his time (much more than you would expect) and even submitted an appeal on my behalf in order to secure the mortgage I required - I needed to sell up and move on and he made that happen so I'm extremely grateful for all the hard work he and his team put in.
