I’ve received such amazing service from Jennifer; who I will instruct to sell our home, I felt it deserved a five star review. Her professionalism, knowledge and care has been outstanding and we feel truly looked after and in safe hands. We had a few agents out to value our home and we needn’t of bothered, the choice was obviously going to be Reeds Rains. She’s a real credit to the company.

Rented from reeds and even though we didn’t have the best experience with our landlords the reeds team definitely made up for it. They fought our corner and stood by us as we went through battle after battle with the landlords. I would 100% rent from them again and hope one day to buy though them! I would like to say a huge thank you to your staff member Alistair. He has acted in a highly professional way during the recent tenant change at a property I rent out in Chesterfield. There were some major issues with check out and very little time to get the property up to a standard ready for the new tenants. Alistair worked well after his office close time in order to arrange a major clean through before the new tenants moved in. Alistair has kept me informed all the way through the process and I would highly recommend him as a hard worker for Reeds Rains. His colleague Lorraine has also been an absolute joy to talk with when I have had any other needs regarding the property. Thank you for your great staff Marc Oakes

The staff at Reed Reins Chesterfield have been absolutely amazing. We had a very difficult experience at the beginning of the chain. But the staff at RR have remained polite, professional & understanding throughout. They’ve managed to finalise the whole chain by constantly being in touch with everyone and pushing for completion. Sold my house with Reeds Rains and used their mortgage advisor Simon too, I would highly recommend both, absolutely lovely staff and extremely helpful! Contacted me regularly on any updates and really helped make the buying and selling process less stressful. Simon was able to get me fantastic rates on my mortgage, life insurance and home insurance. After a number of estate agents, coming to view and value my house. It was clear from the outset that Reeds Rains were by far the most professional and very easy to deal with. They sold my house within a week but unfortunately my house fell through due to the forward purchase and we remained where we were. 6 months later we found something new, so asked Reeds to work their magic again and this time it sold in 48 hours. Amazing work by all the team at Reeds. I am was regularly updated by Jake who couldn’t of been more helpful throughout. My husband and I are first time buyers. We have been to see a couple of mortgage advisors who have not been very helpful to say the least. Our case has been a little tricky and when no one else really wanted to look into it Zach Mitchell picked up the case. He did in two days what a previous advisor couldn’t do in a month. We now have a mortgage in principle and can finally get on the market! I cannot thank Zach enough, he is so enthusiastic and nothing is too much trouble.
