GoogleAmelia and Pheobe are an absolute credit to this place! They helped so much with selling our house, after it had been over priced to start with. Only 3 stars as I feel let down by their very passive aggressive area manager, who found it appropriate to highlight and colour code answers to an email sent - not very professional!

GoogleWe recently remortgaged with Reeds Rains, and it was a wise move. On enquiry, an appt was promptly arranged with Adam and we found him to be well prepared and knowledgeable. We were happy to act on his recommendations. Following our appt with Adam, Daniel then picked up our case and managed the entire process on our behalf, demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism, keeping us up to date regularly and always responding to any queries quickly. His efficiency and expertise gave us confidence, and reassured us that we'd made the right decision trusting the remortgage to Reeds Rains. Overall, a very positive experience and one that has, without doubt, benefitted us financially.
