GoogleLetting side terrible never follow up on leads never give you updates when said youd be contacted and fail to turn for booked viewings fees expensive terrible service hate having to rent and this type of service just adds to it. Renting just 1 sided coin not in the tenants interest esp with this firm

GoogleMaybe 30 days just to try and rent a property, then because they take so long they do a second credit check and cause issues. It takes 7 days just to hear a simple answer, how can you be a good agent when your promptness is way off the scale?!

GoogleAbsolutely scammers!!! They are taking my whole deposit at the end of the tenancy for normal wear and tear after 2 years without any damage to the house. I also had to pay a £120 fee for the checking out. Taking them to court.

GoogleWorst estate agent I've ever dealt with. Wasted our time and built up our hopes for nothing. Do not make out that you have accepted our offer, book us in with the mortgage advisor and then tell us the offer hasn't even been accepted. Completely ludicrous.

GoogleWould not recommend. Misleading at initial valuation what you were getting for your fees, poor customer service where they didn't inform us about cancelled viewings and accuse you of lying when you try and bring the customer service failures to their attention
