For the past 4 years, I have had Redbrik Lettings fully manage my properties. They have been extremely efficient with all the aspects of letting and in their dealings with the tenants. Georgina Wood has been extremely efficient giving valuable advice and guidance. Although I have highlighted Georgina, I must congratulate the whole Team on their high professional standards.

I wish I could give one star. I would never recommend Redbrik as a letting agency as they will try and take your deposit over damage that was already present on move in (even when you have proof!) and tell you blatant lies. As a tenant they were a nightmare to contact and will make you feel as if you are a second class citizen for renting. We were also charged a £600 fee to move out early as we had a change in situation and then proceeded very slowly to find a new tenant. Not only this, the letting agency who visited for viewings arrived late at the same time as the viewer so they didn't get any time to look round the house first, and I ended up having do their job for them and answer questions. They also proceeded to not turn up on one visit and not inform us they weren't coming so I wasted half my day waiting. Absolute joke of a company and shouldn't call themselves professionals. Money grabbing letting agency.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Put and offer in on a commercial property through bothams. Fobbed off for 10 weeks to then receive an apologetic call from Andrew the director promising the following Monday I would get an answer. 7 weeks later after chasing him every week not one returned phone call! Utter waste of time!

Our experience with Redbrik was first-class for both our sale and purchase. We had regular contact with them throughout, and the solicitor that they recommended too. A bonus with Redbrik was that they had a database of people wanting to be on the estate where we were moving from so we had a very busy few days of viewings! And we ended up with plenty of agreeable offers to choose from. We would not hesitate to recommend Rebrik.

By far the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent from the start Ross the valuer showed a great interest in our house and we knew he and the team would look after us and all the way through the process Liz kept me bang up to date about what was happening.In this day and age of doing it yourself to save a few pounds then my advice is don’t I received a very good selling price and the process was not stressful at all thanks to Ross and Liz and all the Redbrik team. Misold property failing to indicate that it was part exchanged and that the actual seller was the developer. Made up a story about the current owner probably going to stop with family, and that the House could become imediatley vacant. Placed an offer on this property through them which was declinned. Fair enough. But never got back in contact with me to indicate that a 2nd party had placed an offer. Which was accepted!! First ever experience of dealing with an alleged reputable Estate Agent? That certainly ain't Science Duck !!
