My daughter and her boyfriend have just bought their first house with Redbrik Estate Agents in Chesterfield. Buying a house with Redbrik was a fantastic experience especially during this difficult time. The Team Rebecca, Carmel and my new best friend Holly were amazing and very professional and went out of their way to help in any way though could. Holly went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly, keeping us informed every step of the way. The Team are a credit to your organisation and it should not go unnoticed what a fantastic Job they have done. I would definately use Redbrik again in the future. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

An absolute nightmare, never answer the phone, don’t respond to emails, promise to do things and don’t, I was an amazing tenant for 4 and half years! The moment I leave the tenancy I get ignored, lied to, and made a mockery out of!!

GoogleI chose Redbrik because I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism right from the start of the process, when the house was valued. It was marketed with high quality photographs, information and a detailed plan of the house and garden. All viewings were taken care of and an open weekend organised by Jessica was an excellent approach. Communication by email and phone kept me well informed and when the need arose, both Holly and Jessica were persistent and tireless in dealing with any issues. They would always respond to any queries or concerns quickly and provide the answers. The customer service I received was of a high quality and I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Redbrik.

Fantastic Estate AgentsWe have had an absolute nightmare with our sale and purchase with everything falling apart less than a week before completion but we cannot fault the team at Crystal Peaks, particularly Emily. We cannot thank her enough for continuing to keep us updated throughout the entire 10 month journey. It's a shame things didn't work out in the end but I'm so glad that we had chosen Redbrik. You were our little light of hope. If we are ever brave enough to sell again would use them without hesitation.

GoogleWe chose Redbrik Estate Agents in Chesterfield to sell our house this summer based on a friend of a friend contact and recommendation. The lovely Jacqui whom was an extremely friendly no pressure professional gave us a fair and honest valuation and was most helpful and supportive with our decision making. Always quick to respond and assist. Our house sold within an 8 week period. From that point on we were guided by Natalie whom again was most supportive and friendly we both felt very safe with the entire in-house service that they provided nothing was too much trouble and advice at the ready. We had constant contact with updates and advice which we found extremely helpful as we are busy people. Solicitors, reports, appointments, assessments were all taken care of with no fuss. Appointments with feedback and a constant update was invaluable. Andrew then took care of the final stages of the process which again was all dealt with very smoothly. If ever we decided to move we would be using Redbrik. We recommend this team of professionals and would like to thank them all for their help and kind approach to what could be a stressful process. The service was first class!

I can’t fault the service provided so far, as all employees are genuine and well experienced in their job role.
