TrustpilotCountrywise Conveyancing through Frank Innes
Myself and my parter are buying a house and our seller is using a Frank Innes recommended Conveyancer.. Countrywise. This has caused so many issues the entire sale is on the brink of falling through. Absolutely appalling. We have spoken with the seller who didn't receive enquiries for 3 Weeks after the solicitor had received them. The seller had responded two days later and a month on and the Frank Innes 'Recommended' (aka same company) solicitors have still not provided these to our solicitor to proceed. This 'recommended' solicitor has single handed-ly held up the sale/purchase of this home at a detriment to everyone involved for no reason. Our solicitor have seen the enquiries from the seller directly and know these are correct but cannot accept them due to conflict of interest. Still they have not managed to email them to our solicitors 3 days later after false guarantee after guarantee. 0% Confidence with this company and would recommend to look elsewhere if selling/buying. Totally awful experience and wish there was a better level of customer service/way to escalate issues but there appears to be nothing of the sort. Just keep calling and keep being told 'its being escalated' yet nothing is happening.

GoogleWe have had two lots of tenants leave at the same time. It fills me with a great deal of apprehension having new tenants. We have had previous tenants who have left our properties in an unacceptable standard. Frank Innes (Chesterfield) Gemma, Paige and Kiera have listened to us and have supported us to find further suitable tenants and enabled work to be completed to ensure both properties have been left to a rentable standard in a timely and professional manner. Was able to let out the properties within an agreed timescale to tenants through proactive work. Very professional and knowledgeable, easy and quick communication. Their prices are very competitive especially compared to other agents nearby. Thank you.

first time moving and they made it such an easy experience. i most definitely was not the easiest of their customers, i would ring them at least once a day with a question about the application process and they were brilliant with dealing with my queries. i’ve now moved into the property which had a few issues to begin with and they’ve contacted the landlord who is now getting a contractor out, so they were great with that. i also wanted to change the date my rent was due which they made a simple and quick process. To say this was my first ever move and should’ve been at least a somewhat stressful experience they made it such a smooth experience and explained everything to me in a way i understood as a first time tenant.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had nothing but trouble very slow to do repairs. The windows didn’t close the whole year I was there. Upon leaving they kept half the deposit for a minor repair. Absolute charlatans.

Absolutely appalling service!! I beg anyone to avoid this agent at all costs!!! I would advise using any other estate agent if you wish to receive any form of customer service or management. I've had nothing but problems with them! As a lanlord I've been paying them a monthly amount to apparently 'manage' my property! This is not what I have recieved. There has been no information given to me throughout the service and they will only contact you when they require more money from you (this will be relating to a service that they have never informed you of). I wish there was an option to put less stars as they do not deserve even 1! Please anyone reading this take your custom else where! It will save you alot of money and time!

Firstly, me and my partner were looking for a fast move on a certain property which Frank Innes were able to deliver on. Upon moving in, everything went smooth and the house itself is perfect for what we want. A special thank you specifically to, Amy, Megan & Gemma. We also needed to report a repair and within 1 day Frank Innes had someone out to fix the issue (just to add, it was a small repair needed. Nothing bad to reflect on the property). Thank you!

GoogleWe needed a new property to rent after our current landlord decided to sell up. From my first contact with Frank Innes I was really impressed with all the team. We met Megan for a viewing and she could not have been any more helpful with her explanation of the house and also the application process. GoogleAmy in lettings helped me find the most amazing place for me to rent. I applied for one house and i wasn't successful but Amy continued to help me find another house and thankfully i was accepted. I dealt mostly with Amy but Gemma and Megan also played a part in helping me sort my house. Very helpful, polite and always got back to any questions i had very quickly! I couldn't recommend enough!

GoogleRather disappointing service - we called to enquire about a property and were told we could not yet book for viewings. Called again a few days later (post bank holidays and weekend) to be told viewings had gone ahead and applications could not be made. We can understand picking other people etc but the dishonesty is appalling and there was absolutely no need to lie.
