Rather disappointing service - we called to enquire about a property and were told we could not yet book for viewings. Called again a few days later (post bank holidays and weekend) to be told viewings had gone ahead and applications could not be made. We can understand picking other people etc but the dishonesty is appalling and there was absolutely no need to lie.

frank came around to valuation instead, they court out had ready moved i complained no cares new office, I my paper they we just moved to new the know thing is, i had the remove the they next day she refence and damaged my flat with in day frank Innes moved, i asked to remove and find another flat no refences were she works her last no reference it and the there staff never heard they not shown in the derby branch dose say these people ruined my flat, l never ask to come now i asked but it deaf ears, they must they staff, i ever had struggling, they moved next day, that day she rang agent there's leak in her room ceiling same day, l am old person they they away want landlord to get upset there have rules and they get because they complaints they ignore it get with daily making money from other peoples misery i am stuck, made complaint but needle in haystack the agent done business they if landlord stress to them in all in a day work, i have 14 to give which by email but kept there no 14day they care they lie through, as i am dont know anything and they clever ones cheating when ever they can, but i given 14day and end on 29/11/24 that will there 14days but i the tenant to go on 29/11/24,every should if turn at your building they get if find l want a tenant its sad world we live cart trust, they say go through ombudsman that all about make life who inter in their hand i show on legal i had 14day by frank Innes denied it make that what is it only for paper what rotten world live the older i get the worse, they your older days with days not now my in 1950s up to 1999 every has gone upside down old treated mug on shoes no want old people to grow happy were in way now,

Utterly Terrible Service, zero knowledge of law and procedures when things go wrong for the landlord!

Utterly terrible, please do not bother if you're a landlord. Withholding deposit even when tenant thoroughly wrecked the property months ago. SMT are not legally trained and have no idea how to resolve issues. Seriously doubt the tenant was thoroughly background checked. Passed round in circles unprofessionally. Withholding rent protection, haven't followed procedures. Need I go on. Thousands of pounds down in rent and fees and zero offer or liability.

Working with Frank Innes Agency is by far the worst rental agency experience of my life.First they have one of the highest fees in UK, 510 £ for 2 adults referencing and 90 £ when you move in the property that's 600 £ you loose.But the worst part is that they take the money first and they don't explain what is the referencing procedure.They use an different company for referencing called Home Let,which is a mortgage loan type of application adjusted for tenants,and if you don't like something at this application like this company will store your details and share it with other company's you will loose your money.Frank Innes Agency is taking advantage of the favourable UK Law,they can take your money first and then they can do whatever they want,they'r interest is to take fees from more people on the same property,so if they don't like something on the referencing procedure they will ask for more guarantees and if you don't like that they will be more than happy to take more money from different applicants on the same property.Don't recommend working with this type of people.

I was then introduced to Laura whilst going through all the application process, there was some hiccups along the way but Laura Wilson absolutely jumped through Hoops to get me this property & I can never thank her enough, we love our new home & you really have changed our lives as this has given us to the opportunity to be so close to our incredibly important family & after losing my Dad last year, my mum can watch my children grow up on her doorstep! Avoid! I am not one to ever write reviews but for the sake of future customers- This agency neglects all duty of care for tenants and represents illegal landlords. Even in the light of blatant law breaking from a ‘self managing’ landlord they represent, (including a burst heating pipe for months causing additional issues such as flooding and damp), intimidation and bullying, the agency did nothing. In addition they sold the property incorrectly at the beginning of the lease, failing to disclose points of interest requested by the landlord to be passed on to prospective tenants. They also made errors in the contract. Just avoid at all costs, there are some fantastic, impartial but supportive agencies in Chesterfield, this is not one of them.

Awful company-avoid at all costs

Awful company-avoid at all costs. Dealt with 2 branches-one turns up without the code to get to the apartment block-leaving us on the street whilst he went back to the office to find the code. Then he came back without a key to get into the apartment-again leaving us there whilst he went back to the office to find the key.
