Another one star to add to their recent reviews!! Rented a property from Frank Innes that was infested with mice from the day I moved in. Took them 2 months of penny pinching visits to rectify the problem, the mice since returned and it’s taken them 2 weeks to tell me this in now my responsibility!!! I’ve managed to keep my own properties free from rodents for 25 years so I’m dam sure it’s not my fault this house has mice! I’ve ended my tenancy early and never wish to have any dealings with this company again!! They also put the property up for sale 3 months into my tenancy so I was expected to accommodate hoards of viewers whilst supposedly living undisturbed in my home.There are plenty of letting agents out there, avoid this one!!!

GoogleNatalie and Laura have been wonderful - helping me with both a house rental and the trickier rental of a retirement flat. They found suitable tenants for both properties within a week. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone requiring this service. Expensive fees but poor property managements. My house was trashed by the tenant and Franks Inns check out report only recommended a deep clean and suggested to claim £350 from deposits. End up I spent over £2500 to fix the mess (the property was refurbished before renting out). Moreover, they’ve failed to collect 3 months rent and asked me to take it to small claims court myself…Throughout the year, they’ve “mistakenly” charged me for some random service several times…

GoogleI have used Frank Innes since 2012 for renting out my property. I am highly satisfied with the service i receive from Sian and phoebe and all the staff are very pleasant and amenable to be associated with and are always there to help, Sian burrows always goes the extra mile for me and nothing is too much. I would highly recommend them to any landlord looking to rent their property out in the chesterfield area.

What started out as a good experience turned quickly sour, Frank Innes found tennant's for my property everything so far so good, but nearly 3 weeks in and still waiting for them to pass on the rent minus their charges ! kept getting told it was on its way, and it still hasnt landed in my account. With a portfolio of 8 properties i will not be using Frank Innes again, great staff at the front but after that.. forget it.. a real shame.. Also didn't really appreciate being asked 3 times on three consecutive days for my new home address ! the third time you phoned was on my wedding day ... seriously... all you had to do was look at the signed contract my new address was on there..

If you want to let you property than Frank Innes is the only answers. My experience with Frank Innes is fabulous. So many good qualities that can write here. Staff is so helpful, polite and well professional. Very easy to reach out. They promissed to find tennant in 2 days and it was happened in just less than a day. So, impressed with the service. Must must recommanded.

Horrible experience. We reported a problem on January. It’s now may. We have been waiting nearly half year for this issue to get fixed. After multiple emails they always say the same thing. Which is they can’t get in contact with the landlord.

GoogleInitial sales pitch and visit very good as was Rishi Bowry who was dealing with sale initially and communicated well. He left the company and it all went downhill. Absolutely no communication from them unless you were on their case all the time. Not great as we are not local and were managing the sale from Hertfordshire on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. We went months being fobbed off (after constant chasing) and sent round the houses about why our sale wasn't progressing. A bit of detective work and I found our buyers contact details and their buyer below. Eventually discovered (myself) that the bottom of chain was a probate that was rumbling on with no end in sight. Estate Agents had no clue about this. Totally unimpressed by that! Ended up pulling out of the deal as there was no likelihood after 7 months that the end was in sight. A few months later resold to another buyer via Frank Innes- again no sales progression or communication. Only way you could get anything moving was by constantly asking for updates. In my opinion I would AVOID at all costs. Can't understand how a business runs like they do. They wouldn't last 2 minutes in my area for sure! Not really sure what I actually paid for!!

GoogleHad an exceptional experience with Gemma. The letting process was quick and expedient, and they tended to my needs as a tenant. Their online Portal Tili, is also a great tool to set up utilities, extras, and council tax before moving to property. I would highly recommend.
