Just to say how much I appreciated all the effort, support and professionalism by Nina and Nikki in selling the house. We were not the easiest of clients as we were more than one seller in a probate sale, and there were definitely some low points along the way as a buyer pulled out. From my first meeting with Adam and throughout the sale of my property I have found all the staff have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable; always ready to advise and answer any queries. I was very happy with the proposed asking price for my house and even more impressed when we agreed a sale at that price. I honestly couldn’t have expected more from an estate agent. Claire has done an absolutely brilliant job in negotiating the sale and keeping me updated. All staff have constantly provided reassurance and a friendly welcome whenever I have popped into the office. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Categorically the worst company we have ever dealt with. If you are selling a house with them. Please think again. We recently found the house of our dreams. Two days later we arranged to see the property and both left paid work early in order to attend, only to find Reeds Reins a no show. We called them only to hear they had thought we had cancelled, which confused us both as neither of us had spoken to them. Then we we're told we had to rearrange... we were clearly not very pleased with this outcome. An hour and a half later we were shown around the property by someone who doesn't deal with the sales but the rental side of the company. Over the next week we put in an offer that was accepted we were thrilled! Then the phone calls began...I received 20 phone calls in a two-week period demanding one thing after another. This works out at 4/5 phone calls a day (this from, not to mention the voicemail's and emails that I was bombarded with. Each phone call was ruder than the last and at times abusive I was told to “shut up and listen” during one. This took me back as I have only ever been placid and helpful with each request. That weekend I cancelled my plans to attend a meeting in Watergate street at 9:30. I was met with the comment “This should be interesting” I was then told I should come back at 4:00 as no one was available”. We were spoken too so rudely at this point my father had to walk out of the building as he was so frustrated with the treatment and service we received. Both myself and my partner work full time and simply felt harassed this has resulted in us withdrawing our offer simply due to the treatment we received. We strongly urge you do not use this company they only create stress.
