Just wanted to thank Jamie for everything. From the valuation right through to completion, everything went along how he said it would. Having not sold a property for many years, initially the thought was quite daunting. That was until we contacted Reeds Rains. The whole process was handled in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. We dealt with Charlotte during our transaction in purchasing our new home. Charlotte was actually acting for the previous owner and was not actually our agent but she was so helpful in getting what transpired to be a difficult transaction moving. She always kept us, our agents and solicitors in the "loop" and whenever we wanted to view the property, she was always very professional and friendly. She even met us at the property to exchange keys, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated on a busy moving day. In summary, Charlotte was an excellent agent and I would, without doubt, recommend her to any of my friends and family. Thank you Charlotte. x

Absolutely awful experience as a landlord with Reeds Rains. Property was not looked after and the tenant from hell was placed in the property, causing significant damage and loss of rent. * Adding that inventories before and after we’re completed by Reeds Rains and landlords insurance was taken out. Reeds Rains referencing was inadequate as were the background checks on the tenant. A simple Twitter search quickly revealed what the tenant was actually up to. I am awaiting response from the property ombudsman before I look at launching a legal case against Reeds Rains. You simply cannot treat people like this and get away with it.

I enquired about a proporty online in Chester area and with in a very short time was surprised to receive a response from Hannah who arranged a viewing. I had problems with my emails on the day while travelling to Chester and had lost the post code and house number on the day of viewing , Charlotte was on hand to find the post code I needed and so I arrived on time. I was greeted by Dean who deals with the viewings a very pleasant chap who answered mostly all my questions and the ones he was unsure about he arraigned to call me the next day to answer my query’s and also advised me of other options due to the situation at this time regards to lending conveyancing and general advise. I put my property on the market with Reeds Rains after Nina viewed the house and gave me a good valuation. The professionalism of Nina and the rest of the team was exemplary from valuation to completion, which was all done during the difficult times we were experiencing with the pandemic. We don't have experience of using all of Reeds Rains services, this review is solely based on a viewing for a property we have had. We have had a number of viewings across several estate agents in Chester, many of which have been bad, unprofessional, couldn't answer questions, ect.. Charlotte at Reeds Rains is the exception and gave us a truly excellent viewing on a property we are considering, as you walk around the house with your partner sometimes you need space, a moment of quiet to think or lay out a room in your head, and sometimes input from the agent - Charlotte's timing and input was impeccable and exactly what we want on a viewing - had we not already sold our apartment we would be giving it to Reeds Rains on the agreement that Charlotte do the viewings, as you want somebody to give potential buyers the best possible customer service. I completely recommend Charlotte and if somebody from Reeds Rains reads this review and feedback, I think you need to keep hold of Charlotte and look to have her involved in all aspects of your business.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I'm being completely ignored when requesting to view a house for sale, no responses (phone and online requests), no follow-ups. The sellers should be aware of how uninterested their agents seem in dealing with potential buyers. Despite my strong interest in one property, the lack of engagements from the estate agent is really off-putting. I have not seen this with any other agents in Chester.

Utterly failed at communicating with us . Contacted the supposed manager and even he is incompetent.
