GoogleI can't recommend Reeds Rains highly enough. After poor experiences with a couple of agents and a sale that fell through after more than a year, Reeds Rains were still keen to take on our property and they worked really hard to market it effectively. Thanks to Adam Clarkson in particular for his support throughout the process and for delivering a sale when we were on the verge of losing hope.

GoogleFrom start to finish, Katie has been exceptional. Nothing is too big or to small, and she has been invaluable while getting the property, moving in and now whilst enjoying our home. I have the utmost trust and confidence that this will continue for a long time, and I feel very lucky to deal with someone so lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend.

GoogleThe sale of my property, jointly owned by my much less than reasonable ex, was handled well and they were very patient and persistent in doing everything possible to move the progress the sale. There were a few humps and bumps along the way and a few frustrations but this was mainly to do with them having to handle a delicate situation. Thanks Clare and Dan for doing your best......

GoogleMoving from the south to live with my partner we used these guys to find a property in Chester gave them my needs and they ticked all the boxes . Very easy process and we both could not be happier to retire to this lovely area . Sorry for the very late review but getting the house up together you forget to do the little things .

GoogleI phoned reeds rains and enquired about houses in the chester area as i am looking to re-locate in the near future. I dealt with charlotte who's customer service skills were outstanding. Charlottes knowledge on the areas i was enquiring about was second to none. If i ever have a property to sell in chester i will most certainly be using Reeds Rains.

GoogleI am a tenant with Reeds Rains and Dean has managed my tenancy details. He is very responsive and remembers all the details, and any issues have been sorted out promptly by him. I am moving out soon and Dean gave me a good review for my next letting agent and has been very helpful through the process. Clearly knows what he is doing and is very professional.

She gave great advice and feedback right through the whole process and would STRONGLY recommend anybody trying to sell their property through REEDS Rains to request her as your Negotiator!

GoogleI have just let a terraced house in Chester for my son and have found Hannah to be really helpful and proactive in her approach to some of the queries and maintenance issues we have had. Nothing is too much trouble for her and is dealt with efficiently .

GoogleI contacted them to enquire about a particular property and they put me on their email mailing list against my specific and clear instructions. As soon as the first spam email came in (the next day!) I checked if I could unsubscribe but the only way to do so was to set up an account with them. I phoned them and had them remove all my details. Today more spam. Next stop ICO. Don't touch them with a barge pole.
