GoogleHugely Impressive! From the moment we called to arrange viewings we received plenty of contact, confirmations and advice! Even though we couldn't find anything straight away, the team were constantly on the look out to find our first home. Such a fantastic experience for first time buyers and would most definitely be going back to see the guys if we move in the future. So easy to do it all under one roof with that quality of service! Thanks guys!

GoogleI bought a property through reeds rains in Chester the sale stated in April this year but due to the incompetence of my solicitor it has taken almost 4 months to complete during this time i have found reeds rains exceedingly helpful and professional and if it hadn't been for them the sale would probably have not gone ahead . the star of the office is Clare who couldn't have been more helpful .Highly recommended

GoogleI would strongly recommend you avoid this agency. I have experienced both their estate and letting agency and it is clear there are some critical failings in this business. I am currently attempting to find someone in the business who is either accountable or even interested in the problems I have encountered and it is apparent this will not be easy. As an estate agent their communication was abysmal and they failed to come up with any credible buyers in 6 months. As a letting agent all they have managed smoothly is the deduction of their monthly management cut. Communication with me as landlord has been incoherent and communication with tenant has been confusing. Consequently every call from the tenant has necessitated a visit to the property by me. So called "regular inspections" and follow-up were incompetent resulting in the property being left, in the words of the tenants agent, “the worst state he has ever seen". Reed Rains failed to attend the tenants arrival (resulting in me getting a call on day one threatening hotel bills because the plumbing was faulty - the water was turned off at the stop cock), they then failed to attend the final inspection on the tenant's departure and later confessed to losing all previous inventory documentation (despite having been pre-paid for the service). I have had to pursue and negotiate compensation for remedial repairs and replacements from the tenant and Reeds Rains cannot even bring themselves to return my calls. Also, watch out for Reeds Rains switching your energy supplier to Spark (at beginning and end of tenancy) without consulting or informing you; and having kindly offered to call your nominated tradesperson "as part of the service" then attempt to mark up repair bills by 10%. You have been warned!

GoogleWonderful experiance had a house to rent and had three people viewed in a week and offer presented 48hrs after viewing. Professional and knowledgeable staff, mainly used Josh who organised viewings and drawing up contract and the even negotiated a good monthly rental rate. Looking forward to having them organise and manage the monthly contract. I’ve recommended them to someone at work who is looking to get into the rental market. Thanks again Josh much appreciated.

GoogleHaving done business with Reeds Rains re: buying and selling I was very impressed by their professionalism and enthusiasm. Our main contact was Clare - her attention was top rate. Other members of staff: Toby & Adam dealt promptly with any queries and passed on messages swiftly. In all this meant I could rely on the knowledge that all aspects of our dealings with them would go smoothly - "well done team".

FacebookMy son moved into his house on April 1st 2021 and Reeds Rains have still lost his house keys. They have STILL not found his house keys or done anything to help him! Disgusting!
They should be footing the bill for a change of locks.

GoogleNeeds reform. Institutionally ignore tenants' needs and instead focus on attempting to extract revenue by cross-selling constantly to you. The worst agent I've experienced. Tried to escalate through their complaints procedure on their HQ website but it is a charade. Several issues with the house they have ignored. Just had to pay a previous tenant's energy bill to avoid CCJ, will take separate legal action against RR if I can muster the energy.
