GoogleAfter a few difficulties, the selling of our property was dealt with by Claire. She was fantastic and eased all our worries, sorted out problems and updated us on almost a daily basis. It was a pleasure to work with her. She is a credit to the company and proved that everything we had previously heard about them was true. We can't praise her enough .

GoogleWe applied to let an apartment and Adam clarkson was the agent we we’re introduced to. He was Very friendly and the process of applying to moving in the apartment was quick and easy. A bit hard to get in contact with sometimes but not bothered, when we were able to speak he was very helpful.

GoogleTrying to rent a property felt like they didn't want our money. Ignored emails, usually didn't pick up the phone. Eventually got through and they weren't able to help, but said they would come back with the information we needed. I understand that's the way things are sometimes but they would never call back or even leave a message.

GooglePlease try to avoid them as much as you can as lettings agency. They are not reading their e-mails for weeks and when they do, they decide to ignore you. The information given differs from person to person and the whole checking in/checking out process is very confusing and time consuming.

GoogleReally nice and helpful lady showed us around a rental. We felt at ease asking questions and being honest about the type of house we needed. We attended the viewing on 15th Feb at 2.30 pm. We didn't like the woodchip walls!
