Very efficient team

David and his team were very efficient, and we were always able to contact them quickly on the phone, by text and email. Their field agent, Ian, visited us promptly. They generated quite a number of viewers for our property, and helped negotiate an acceptable offer before helping through the conveyancing process - even paying for a solicitor for us, and helping with cash advances when needed.

I wanted to sell my flat in 2023 and contacted National Residential who were a great help and really helped push the sale over the line. They were always available when you called, helped me to secure appropriate lawyers (who themselves were very efficient and knowledgeable), understood the steps in the sales process and were happy to advise along the way. They even helped at the end arranging key transfers to the new owners on the day. The purchase price for the property ended up higher than I expected, an added bonus! If I was selling again I would use National Residential.

I recently purchased a property in North East London. The agents were excellent with both communication and providing any information we required. They consistently liased with both myself and the seller to resolve some tricky leasing issues and were very prompt and helpful to push our purchase though as quickly as possible. Tough going but maybe worth it?

Near impossible to get an initial viewing of the property and was eventually (after relentless phoning and promises (by the male receptionist) for calls to be returned but never were) was shown around by a lovely lady but who unfortunately couldn't answer a single question as she was a third party agent. Selling team not great at comms (potentially an under-staffing issue?) with me or with each other and I had to email often to ask for updates as they didn't come willingly. Abbie was the lifesaver who really came through at the end of the sale, so thank you Abbie (she needs a raise). David was quick to respond when the others didn't. Overall - A LOT of effort but a cheap house to be had if you don't mind paying the extortionate £6k fee and prompting most of the comms yourself.
